You may order using the kiosk (that's what they prefer) or you can ask a person to take your order. Everything here is hand mixed and hand decorated and when they bring out your order, they show you your cookies/brownies before you leave in case you don't like what you see...nice touch, but it slows everything down. I knocked off 2 stars due to the high prices and lack of expediency in getting your order out to you. The packaging is a totally unnecessary price jumper---what I mean is, it's super nice packaging, but they're charging you for it and I could care less about getting a super nice box that's all fancy. Just gimme my cookies is something cheap so I don't have to pay 4 or 5 bucks for a cookie/brownie. Portion sizes aren't anything huge either. This reminds me of a "Sprinkles" cupcake, niche type of retailer that certainly caters to people that don't care too much about price. You won't get killed buying 1 or 2 items here but if you go ordering a dozen cookies, you're wallet is definitely gonna feel it. I'd avoid the chocolate chip cookie...way overpriced for a basic choco chip cookie. The peanut butter chocolate brownie was a lot tastier.

Unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. When we arrived, the cashier asked if we needed anything. We politely said we needed a few minutes to decide. Instead of giving us space, she stood nearby and quickly asked again in a curt tone what we wanted. We reiterated we needed a little more time. After a few minutes, our son decided on a mud cup. We told the cashier our order, but she didn't acknowledge us--instead, she walked away and began what looked like routine cleaning tasks. We waited patiently for several more minutes, only to see her take what appeared to be a personal phone call on her cell phone. At that point, we gave up and left. With that level of unprofessionalism and disregard for basic customer service, we felt we were better off not eating there. Thankfully, we found another ice cream shop just half a mile down--Sugar Twist--where the staff was friendly, the service prompt, and the ice cream was delicious and half the price. We won't be returning to Hershey Ice Cream Shop, and unfortunately can't recommend it based on this visit.

My elderly aunt purchased 2 of them and unfortunately she didn't know any better, but the worker named Anna assured her they were 100% real. She was so excited thinking it was her lucky day, only to later realize she just spent $50 on LAFUFUS. Stop lying Anna. You know these are fake. Someone already left a review from 1 month ago which describes how you refunded them for the fake Labubu you sold them. So not only are you knowingly selling counterfeit goods but you are lying to your out-of-town customers to make a quit buck. Sickening! Notice the $24.99 sticker covering the bar code and how the receipt doesn't have a description of what was sold. This business SUGAR KINGDOM is going out of their way to deceive. We stopped by this morning hoping to speak to you about this but your doors were locked even though it was during your normal business hours. I'm sharing photos to show what was sold versus what an actual Labubu looks like. There's no excuse for selling these at $25 each when they are hardly worth $5. Maybe stick to selling overpriced candy, or if you're going to sell fake goods, at least be honest about it.

There is sweets from wall to wall and in every form imaginable. From candy to chocolate, fudge to ice cream they have it all. Seeing the old Alvin's word and seeing how much they did here to make it nice you know they did a ton of work. My favorite part is probably the floors though. The finish is truly trippy and whimsical and perfectly fits a kingdom of sugar. If they were clearer about which door to go in would be nice as well.
