Marisol in the office is so extremely sweet and helpful. She gave me multiple different prices for different things and answered a million questions without ever getting frustrated. She always kept in contact with me throughout the process, and was prompt with her replies. The survey was done with in about a weeks time just as they said it would be, and they emailed me a copy of it once it was completed. Never having looked at a survey before I had no idea how to interpret it, and Trey spoke with me not once but twice going over it in detail. I appreciate them and the help they gave me so much! I was able to leave them; they couldn't retrieve them. I was told that Eric was to call me tomorrow, never did call. We are crazy busy was said almost every time. I called today and said I will be going elsewhere, due to can't get an appointment on the books, no one called back ever to set up an appointment. Told the young lady that answers the phone, if I didn't call my leads or clients back as soon as possible, I would not be in business. Said I guess y'all don't need my business. This will catch up one day as you can't treat people like this when you're in business for yourself, family owned. Principle and character are super important in any job. Sincerely disappointed.

I contacted them a number of times and was told they were backed up but we're working on it. I called again today, July 25th, and talked to Paul Ward, the owner, and was told he wouldn't be able to do the survey because he said his crew couldn't find the stakes and he couldn't put his name to it. When I told him I thought it was pretty sorry that he hadn't contacted me for 4 months, his response was that " He tended to agree that it was pretty sorry". This is beyond bad business. Do not use Award survey.!!
