If they consider the pics I have posted as "top quality" then I really question their sense of quality. I did not receive anything that can be remotely considered top quality from this company from the work to customer service. They just don't get it. They did a poor job for me, did not uphold their end of a signed contract and have don't absolutely nothing to rectify it. This could all have been avoided had Top Quality been forthright and honest and fulfilled their agreed duties. I would have been a happy customer and referred them to others. But now when folks ask me I tell them to stay away from top quality stone and concrete.
