I highly recommend this family owned business. While trying to sell my home, foundation inspections…read morerevealed a previous homeowners repair company had raised one side of the house too high(dont use E&B Foundation Repair) and the opposite side of the house had sunk. With the option date coming to a close, Brandon came out and gave us a quote for piers on the low side of the house. The quote was well under what the buyers company had given. That said company had recommended 6 piers vs his 3, and they also had them in all the wrong places(dont use Elite Foundation Repairs). The differing reports instigated having a structural engineer to come out and write up his own findings. The structural engineer came back with piers being needed in the locations where Brandon had suggested. Fast forward a bit and the plumbing failed hydrostatic testing. Urgent repair undercut the plumbing company's quote to tunnel under the house(A&M Plumbing is awesome though). At this point, Brandon became ill and his foreman Gabriel stepped in and became the main contact. Thats right. I said it. Brandon, part of the family that OWNS the company, was my main contact the entire time. When Gabriel stepped in, he was on top of whatever i needed. The plumbing company came back and said the needed the hole dug larger. Gabriel came out on his own, and dug the hole out larger on a Saturday! These guys are kings among kings and made a very irritating home sale less so.

My husband, whose family is in the masonry business, was skeptical before meeting with him. But boy oh boy did Ryan know what he is talking about. My husband was convinced our side yard which was a pretty steep "hill" could not be flattened out, which is what I wanted. We were building a pool and have 2 boys that needed a place to run and that side yard was all we had left after putting that pool in. Ryan came up with an amazing plan. And we were both so happy with how that yard and wall turned out. Simply stunning! The pool company was terrible and wasn't really willing to work with Ryan and his schedule. But Ryan was very patient with us and them. They kept pushing back the finish date. Which annoyed all of us, but Ryan never made us feel bad about it as it was not our fault. Oh and the pool company literally had no drainage plan except to put pop ups that would flow into the neighbors yard, which we were not ok with. And that was after begging for months to talk to us about the drainage. We asked Ryan if that's something they work with and he had a really great plan to us in just a few days. Needless to say we fired the pool company from the drainage portion of the project and that was the best decision we could have made. There have been zero problems with our drainage. Like nothing at all! It works perfectly everytime. And we never have to worry about that. And all the water gets directed straight to the curb and runs into the street, not our yard or the neighbors yards. The wall in the backyard that goes all the way to the front is gorgeous. When we ran into a potential problem with the last front portion of the wall, Ryan and his guys actually talked to us about it and we all made a decision together on the best move forward. It was such a nice change to have an owner of a company talk to us and work through a potential issue together. Unlike the pool company. (I do wish Ryan was in the pool business. If he was I know we would not be having the problems that we are having that pool company and trying to fix their mistakes.).
