Was a decent experience overall. The waiting area wasn't too crowded and I was called in fairly on time. The assistant walked me through the check in steps clearly. The doctor came in shortly after and had a calm and professional approach. They asked a bunch of questions that felt relevant and took the time to go over a few lifestyle things that might be affecting my health. It didn't feel too formal which I appreciated. Was referred to Ehsan Rezvan DDS, MS office by Dr. Banner earlier in the morning, the office was nice enough to take pops in on a moments notice. The staff here are FANTASTIC, super nice and accommodating. We saw Dr. Williams whom I honestly can't say enough about. She was able to confirm the previous diagnosis by Dr. banner DDS at another office earlier that morning. She was able to pull the cracked molar and pops feels great with no issues. I consulted Dr. Rezvan based upon a referral from my regular dentist. All the existing X-rays were sent by my dentist to him. Even without examining my gums, he concluded from seeing the earlier X-rays that six of my teeth need to be extracted. I politely told him that I am not having any pain either in the teeth or the corresponding gums and there is no tearing hurry for their extraction. He mentioned that if he examines me, he will be billing me even if I do not take his advice for extraction of teeth or for any other treatment he proposes. My stance was that, why is there such a hurry for extraction of teeth when I am not having any pain. Hence, I left his clinic without getting my gums examined by him. I was not surprised at his stance as most of the doctors are interested in making money out of services which are not really required! read more

Painless extraction, graft, and post implant My dentist referred me to Dr Rezvan for extraction and installing a post for implant. It's my first. I was scared. Low pain threshold. I cannot believe how easy it was. I had NO pain. His staff of dental & surgery assistants nurses that help with the surgery are all super nice. Doc is very cool, explains things briefly. On surgery day they hooked me up with IV and seemed like 10 seconds later an hour had gone by and I was done. Never felt a thing! And this was an implant where they extracted tooth, drill a hole in the jaw and raised sinus with some bone graft! gross!! I thought for sure I'd be in pain the next couple days. But nothing! So in summary, I am no expert, but would see Dr R again for this type of procedure. read more

Dr Rezvan is highly skilled great Dr. I had an implant and Gum graft for 14 teeths (yes it was quite extensive , especially lower front). Dr Reezvan did an amazing job in both occations. Other dentists (more than one) who has seen my implant (through xrays) and graft through examination have asked me who did this work and noted it is so well done, and they would go their if they ever need an implant or a graft. read more

I was referred to Dr Rezvan by my DDS, because I needed to have a broken tooth extracted and decided to replace it with an implant. My first impression was of the waiting area and front office staff. The aesthetics are beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean - the staff is professional and efficient. I had no idea about the process and steps involved in the work I needed done; I was confused and surprised by it all. In 3 appointments and several phone calls, I think I spoke to 6 different people. All were professional, kind, and patient. Dr. Rezvan was warm, exuded confidence and competence. My surgery went exactly as described, I was completely prepared beforehand and left with post-operative instructions that are clear and concise. On top of that, Dr. Rezvan called to make sure that I was well and to see if I had any questions. Excellent doctor and staff. Very professional and helped immensely with insurance issues. My one complaint is they schedule a number of people at the same time at 8 am and you have to wait 30 or more minutes before they will see you for a simple follow-up exam. I would have given a better review if it wasn't for the trouble that this office has given me since my appointment. On July 16, 2020 I went in and had a gum graft done and was not scheduled to be back for a few weeks to do a post-op. Dr. Rezvan's office not only billed my insurance for that appointment, but they had billed my insurance for an appointment and tooth that did not need to be taken care of in my own mouth, but it was for someone else under my name. When I found this out in Sept 2020 I called his office and asked what was going on. They said that they would have to research what happened and would get back to me. They never called so I called again and asked what happened. They told me that there was nothing in my chart and they could not find anything on it. I told them that they needed to fix it with my insurance and sent them pictures of the claim that they put into the insurance for someone else under my name. I let time go on so that they had plenty of time to fix it. In March 2021 I called my insurance and filed a grievance myself since his office didn't want to clean up their mistake. I hope my insurance gets their money back as they paid for someone's treatment thinking it was for me. On top of that after they called me the other day to confirm an upcoming appointment, which I cancelled and told them it was due to them not fixing their mistake and I would never come back to their office, they sent me a text to confirm the appointment I cancelled just a day before. Do they not actually cancel appointments. If I get billed for a no show no cancellation for this same appointment. There will be an even angrier review. read more

I have had multiple procedures here and I receive my recurring deep cleaning at Dr. Rezvan's on a regular basis. I would recommend anyone that has serious periodontal needs to come here. This was the first time seeing a Periodontist and getting an implant. I would say that Dr. Rezvan was quick and curt in the the first appointment, maybe too quick. I had to sign/initial all these papers but wasn't given copies and didn't receive my aftercare instructions until right before the procedure. The real problem, for me, is that the doctor left...I mean left the office...before I was fully awake enough to say I was in pain and needed medication AND he never called to check to see how I was - it's been over a week. I will NOT be going back and will happily drive a distance to see someone who understands and respects patient care. read more

Dr. Ehsan Rezvan is not only an outstanding periodontist but one of the finest health professionals I have known. He is a thorough professiona., of course, but his office is staffed with equally superb and caring personnel. Dr. Rezvan has been my periodontist for over ten years, and has performed three or four implants. Each has gone well--quickly and painlessly. Dr. Rezvan patiently describes the procedure, explains completely what he will be doing, and in short, makes the patient a part of being responsible for the procedure. He brings a remarkable air of confidence to his work, and that confidence becomes part of the patient's confidence also. I could not comment on Dr. Rezvan and not include kudos for his staff. My hygienist, Sharon, is as professional and knowledgeable as Dr. Rezvan. Over the last then years or so, she has probably done between thirty and forty cleanings for me. I had a tissue graft done 3 weeks ago. Went in, fell sleep (IV sedation), and woke up and it was done. No pain! Staff was so nice and caring. Dr Rezvan is also very good and attentive. I was told there would be some discomfort for few days. I really only needed pain medication for 3 days and had some swelling. Otherwise recovery was better then expected. I Had a cavity under a filling causing it to fall out and decay up to my sinus through the root and bone. My dentist referred me to Dr. Rezvan. She also wanted me to finally get me wisdom teeth out. My first visit for an evaluation I was highly impressed. The office staff and his medical assistants are professional, friendly, relaxed, and nice. The office is ice! Everything from the billing process to the procedure you'll undertake is clearly explained and they make sure you understand every detail. Dr. Rezvan explains what he'll do and how it works and what you can expect. The technology they use is cutting edge. Today I had my surgery . Piece of cake. No pain . Staff were great all the way around. It only took an hour to pull all the teeth and put in the implant I needed. When I came out of anesthesia I felt nothing. No pain all day. None! I mean no pain. This evening Dr. Rezvan personally called me and asked how I was and if I had questions. Told me to call if I had any questions or issues. I recently had an implant and extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Rezvan! Wait time for an appointment was less than 5 minutes on all occasions, the staff was very pleasant and attentive, and Dr. Rezvan explained things thoroughly and patiently. The procedure itself couldn't have gone any better. I was nervous about the IV sedation because IVs in the past have been difficult. It was done perfectly. I 'woke' up and the procedure was done. I was recommended to Dr. Rezvan by my dentist due to a broken infected tooth. My first encounter with the doctor was warm and friendly. However, I felt he was really pushing an implant which I could not afford at this time. Also, my daughter in law, a dentist in Atlanta, had told me that I could probably do without an implant. I do plan on getting one eventually, but just not at this time. However, everyone there kept pushing it. I had already spent a great deal of $$$$ at my dentist and also a great deal of $$$$ for this extraction. If the tooth had not been so infected, I would have taken the time to look around and compare prices. I feel his prices are very high. However, that being said, today is the day after the extraction and I feel pretty good. On the day of the extraction, I felt like I was on an assembly line...next! Normally a surgeon comes in after and lets you know how the procedure went. Not this doctor...like I said...next. I felt he was upset that I did not get the implant and just sent me on my way. My husband asked if they gave a discount for cash and they gave us 5%. Why don't they tell you that up front? I did not get that discount on my first visit which was almost $500. I have been trying to resolve a billing problem with Dr. Rezvan's book keeper. We have been trying to get our bill straight for the last three months. When my wife talks to her the phone call ends with her promising that the issue will be resolved. Still, when the bill comes we find the same problem still exists. Half the time when we call the bookkeeper isn't in and we are promised that she will return our calls. But we never get a call back. This is very unprofessional and shows a general lack of consideration for the doctors customers. I went to the doctor to have an infected tooth treated. I also needed to have a full cleaning done. The doctor gave me antibiotics for the infected tooth and elected to have the cleaning done before treating the infected tooth. It took an entire month to complete the cleaning, one quarter of my mouth at a time. This wasn't helped by the postponement of one appointment due to the dental tech being sick. Although I was given antibiotics, my infection came roaring back. The tooth was finally removed after completion of the cleaning. Two months later I was in the hospital. The infection had traveled to my heart and destroyed a heart valve. I had to have open heart surgery and have the valve replaced. I was off work for three months. It's hard to tell if removing the tooth before cleaning would have prevented all this happening, but, it's possible. This review would not have been written if the book keeper would have treated us correctly and taken care of our billing problem.. Also....my heart surgeon said I should notify Dr. Rezvan of my situation and what happened to me. When we called the book keeper my wife asked if she could tell the doctor just what I had been through. She said she would pass the message on to him. I don't know if she ever did. I expected at least a concerned call from the doctor but none came. Either she never told him or he just didn't care about his patients. I will let the reader come to their own conclusion. read more

I called in to schedule an appointment. The front desk girl was like "we only do deep cleaning and we don't do regular cleaning." I then told her I just had my deep clean, I just need a regular cleaning. So your office don't do it? She said no! Someone in the back told her yet. She then transferred me to another girl. The other girl confirmed with me yes, they do regular cleaning. I asked if they can look me up on the system to see if they accept my insurance. That is how other dental office would do. After the second girl asking all the information, she then told me it's best to contact your dental service to get the number. I was like, are you serious, why didn't you tell me at first. Why did you ask me for all the information and tell me to contact the service provider at the end? I want to give this office a try, but after taking to these two girls from the front desk. It really makes me uncomfortable. The office staff seems unknowledgeable about dental services. I don't know what will happen if they actually perform on my teeth.
