All they would need to cover the extraction is for the dentist to fill out the preauthorization paperwork. I had already got a note from my daughter doctor that she needed anesthesia. This place would not fill out paperwork. I called them letting them know that yesterday I took my daughter to a dentist in Gilroy. They did x-rays on my daughter and recommended that I come here to see how much I would pay put of pocket since they won't fill out the pre-authorization for it. They said I would have to pay $200 again even though I just paid for xrays..... her mouth is not going to change overnight. They wouldn't even give me an estimated amount I would pay out of pocket. I called other places and they gave me a high estimate that I might need to pay. But this place wouldn't even give me the time of day.

The assistant took my info and was careful when going through the steps. They asked a few background questions that felt important and seemed to know when to pause and let me think. When the doctor came in, they asked about how things have been lately and how I've been handling it all. We had a decent back and forth where they didn't just talk at me but kind of talked with me. They didn't rush to any conclusions and gave me a couple of things to consider going forward. I felt like they respected what I said and that made the visit go better. Afterward, the person at the front gave a few pointers and helped with the follow up steps without acting impatient. It was a better visit than I expected and I'd return without hesitation.

An update as of December 2025, I am still going through hell after what Mona at Floss Family…read moreDentistry did to me. She put my original healing cap back on about 7 months ago. I started seeing a specialist as of August 2025. The specialist was unable to remove the screw because Mona stripped it and if he tried he risked damaging the whole implant. He sent me back to my oral surgeon who also couldn't get it off and even broke his tool trying. He said if it doesn't come off I'll need a whole new procedure and we want to avoid that but it might be the only option. The screw was badly stripped. He sent me back to the specialist to try using an ultrasonic tool, again he couldn't get it off, he said the screw looks like it was drilled in out of anger. I did tell both of the specialists she was very upset when she put it back in. She was very upset that she did all that work incorrectly and didn't make any money off of it. I have a long road ahead of me. I hope the least I can do it save others from this hell. Another thing, when I used to see Floss Family Dentistry I told Mona my tooth was chipped, she filed it, all she does is file and drill, she doesn't actually look. I have a new dentist now and I told him about the chip and I told him my previous dentist said there was nothing there. He put a camera on it and it was so clear, my filling had a large chip, it was so big all she had to do was look. Even I saw it right away from the camera picture. I have no idea what is going on with this place. Constantly making me feel like I was crazy and imagining things. You are a dentist and should know how to be one. Even with this whole implant mess, I was telling her for about a year that something was wrong with my tooth and it took her about a year to send me to an endodontist. I feel like there could have been a chance to save my tooth but that was gone because she never took my issue seriously and would tell me nothing is there and nothing is wrong. I put way too much trust in her and I regret it so much. Big lesson learned but now I'm paying the price for it.

After a year and a half later, my Crown has Seperated from my root canal causing Gum inflamation. So I walked in on January 6th. 2026 to get my tooth situation resolved. Karanjit D. Decided to shave my crown down and put a temporary as they get my new specialized tooth. It felt rush because I was basically an inconvenience to her and burned me twice. I did not receive any disclosures on what I am suppose to do after a temporary placement and was sent on my way. Unfortunately I took a flight next day to Washington and because of altitude I have received an immense pain on my gum area of my root canal. I then go to a dentist in Washington and they tell me that I have an infection between my roots. (In image) I then take my prescription and Call this Morgan Hill Dentistry and implants and make them aware of an infection happening inside. They schedule me in for the following week to later have disagreements with Karanjit D (business owner) I respectfully notified her about my Infection and I wanted to show the proof. she wasn't understanding , negligent to the matter and lacking care for her patient. She started to give me this attitude towards me after simply describing what has happened on my trip. As if she was the "professional" and I was the idiot not knowing what is going on. She stated if my pain has gone away and I said yes because I was taking medicine for my infection temporarily and she stated to come back to get my new crown and go on my way. I was then met with Dr.Dhillon. Respectful and understanding doctor. Did the crown install. From there a month goes by. I was then greeted by immense pain on my gums on March 7th 2026. and unfortunately has traveled down to my jaw. Where I have numbness and Bone loss on my jaw(in image). I had these 3D scans done at another Endodontics. Today at March 9th 2026. This all could of been resolved earlier if I was being heard and cared for. Now I might deal with bone loss and possibly a Missing tooth. Its frustrating indeed. How some Doctors after reaching a certain level in their career. One actually broke and we waited over a year for him to figure out what he could do. His solution was not the correct thing to do to fix it. I suggest if you need a implant go to a dentist that only does implants. And find someone who knows how to do the abutments. Needless to say I have several implants and never had a problem till going here. Unfortunately previous dents had retired.

I had some concerns about the procedure but they say it will be fine. It turned out to be a big issues because after the treatment, I was in constant pain. Lately, there was an issue with my teeth that they have misdiagnosed and did not catch over the last few x-rays that could have prevented me from losing a teeth. They blamed my gums but that was not the issue which was caught by a different dentist. The dentist is always in a rush and never spends more than one minute with a patient. Time is money and there is no time for patients.
