One Saturday morning, we heard the noises and came to know that his crew is already here to do the job on fence. As I had other engagement on that morning, I was mostly out till the end. Came to know that my sprinkler line is cut during the work, no inquiry about ground situation before beginning of the job . No big deal, I informed the business owner and asked him to keep going. He did fix the line later, I didn't get it checked yet....... The one side of my fence was not leveled by their crew as the corner is little sloppy; although my original wooden fence was leveled to ground. Again no issue, I can live with it. My issue is the really cheap quality of aluminum panels (very light) used in the fence (overall 49 feet linear length), although I inquired in the beginning and paid for at least good quality material (for around $65-70 you can get around 12-15 lb heavy 5-6 feet aluminum and other location during . Not only this, upon requesting him to share the fence material quote for making sure what quality and manufactures of material he used

This past winter, we noticed GOBS AND GOBS of sediment / sand which appears to be sliding down our roof, lining our gutters, and after heavy rains littering the downspouts exits. We called this contractor in MARCH 2023 after a heavy rain just to ASK for someone to come out and see if we might have a faulty batch of product and get advice whether we outght to pursue help from the manufacturer. After repeated attempts to call, email, and even work via the insurance companies, it is now mid-November and other than kind and timely correspondence from a reliable Administrative Assistant, the "powers that be" there have made NO GESTURE WHATSOEVER to even return calls or respond to emails, let alone help a former customer understand our options. I have this floor in my kitchen, dining area and laundry room. No doubt the product was discontinued. Reinhold assessed the situation and developed a plan to save my floor-it would have been no surprise and much easier to sell me a new floor. They measured, matched and ordered similar flooring to put under my washer and dryer. Those tiles could then be used to patch the area in front of the dishwasher. When the installer arrived they daringly used tools to move, glue and caulk my exisiting tiles. Oh, and they charged me NOTHING!! What a complete surprise to be treated like family (I purchased this floor at another outlet that has since changed hands and offered no solution.) Need a new floor? Run don't walk to this fine group of professionals who solve problems and treat the customer with respect and appreciation. I gave what I was wanting and wanted to know how to get there, they informed me it would be a lot of work, which I knew. As the process is overwhelming already, they both kept adding on things that I "should" change. The things I absolutely loved, they were persistent on changing. I believe it was for money. After they left, there was no communication. Finally, I reached out to them and even then communication was spotty. They randomly messaged me with times that worked for them for their guys to come out to assist with the bidding process. They are unprofessional, pushy, and didn't listen to what I wanted. For a very expensive and time consuming process I decided not to go with this company for these behaviors. Still never got a bid, but I decided to go ahead and let them know that we wouldn't be rendering their services, and the response was that they were going to just delete my number.
