The service is fully bonded and insured. We provided house keys, security access. They came in twice a day, fed the animals, game them their shots, kept the house clean, took out the garbage, got the mail, sent us status and progress emails daily, played with the pets, took care of unexpected pet 'accidents' and so much more. I can't say enough how great this service was. They were extremely reliable and allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing our house and pets were well taken care of.

I gave the benefit of the doubt. On his second stay, the same eye issue occurred again and was initially dismissed as dust. When I picked him up, his bark was strained and barely audible. I was told he had been barking while watching other dogs. After a few days of rest at home, his voice returned -- but it raised concerns about supervision and the environment. During his third stay, I was contacted and told he was limping while I was out of the country. Concerned, I arranged for my veterinary assistant to examine him the following morning. She confirmed there was nothing wrong with his back legs. He has always had a distinctive hop in his gait, which is not a new development. In addition, I have observed frequent staff turnover and a lack of organization. When I picked him up (after returning from Europe 14 days earlier), three staff members were sitting in the lobby on their phones. His belongings were returned in a disorganized manner, one coat was initially missing, and the bottom of his treat bag was damp. I also received a message stating that another dog was mounting him but that he "sets his boundaries well." As a paying client, I expect consistent supervision, cleanliness, and professionalism -- not reassurance that my small dog can manage situations himself. Repeated issues that only occur while he is in their care, combined with the lack of accountability and organization I have observed, have made it clear that this facility is not suited for my dog. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

They keep you connected by sending you photos of your dog playing each week you are away. Speaking of which they pair your dog with another one and arrange playtime for them together during the day which is great for the dogs to burn energy and foster socialization skills. They offer a menu of care at a price which is only natural. You can choose to have your dog walked 1 to 3 times a day, 1 or 2 play dates, have it basically tucked in at bedtime with someone. To date we've never had an issue making a booking and our little guy loves it so much that he can't wait to get out of the car when we pull up. Prices are really fair with cats going for $20 for a full day on single purchase and $36 for a full day single purchase for your dog. There are significant price savings if you purchase either a 5, 10 or 20 stat package (as much as $8/day). The team here is great and we always feel comfortable leaving the little dude here.
