I guess hit and miss with this groom salon. It's a shame because we had heard such good things and were waitlisted for a long time. Now we wait for our dog's fur to grow out and start again.

While there was a short period during lockdown that they were unable to open, as soon as we heard their daycare was open I was keen to send my pup over for some much needed playtime (socialization... he was tired of seeing just Mr. H and myself.. lol). Blu absolutely loves it! So much so that if we even walk in the direction of the store he thinks we are dropping him off for playtime. He drags me all the way and doesn't even bother to show some grief or anxiety (at-least fake it Blu). He is usually pretty tired out for the rest of the evening. Would definitely recommend their daycare. BONUS: They usually post on social media pictures from daycare and I love being able to see how his day went. Unfortunately I did not had a good experience with this business for daycare. The owner told me my…read moredog has separation anxiety and that they are "not a babysitting service". I explained that he is used to having a human around when he's with other dogs and not used to being left alone with dogs so that's likely why he's anxious and wants to be around a human. He is also active and needs stimulation and exercise - they take the dogs for a short 15 minute walk and play at a nearby dog park but then return and leave the dogs in a room which I believe is often unattended, After purchasing a package, she told me that I need to bring him daily to get him accustomed which I understand, but I explained to her that is not in my budget or need. She insinuated that she didn't want to take him again. She didn't offer me a refund or compensation for my package and I found the way she spoke to me was unprofessional and uncourteous. In my opinion, this wasn't much of a daycare, just a place to leave your dog for the day with minimal engagement. I used to take my dog to BFF and they were much more engaging and pleasant.
