Unlike every other vendor outside of bodegas in New York, the cafe charges a 3.5% processing fee for credit cards--which is almost a full percentage point more than my Visa would charge the restaurant. On top of their menu prices being misleading (since every other restaurant absorbs the credit card fees), this restaurant is actually making extra money off credit card users (in other words, 95% of its customers). My parents stop here on returning flights from Florida and when we came through the area; we knew we needed to give it a try. Granted, we were very hungry after a 4:45 wake up and 3 hour flight, but this was certainly worth the wait. We walked in and got seated immediately. The place is clean and the service is fast and friendly. We ordered coffee and OJ right away and while the coffee is decent, the OJ is fresh squeezed and delicious!!! My wife ordered the Rocky Mountain skillet which was much like the Denver omelet and I ordered the Barbacoa Benedict which has a little heat and smoky, but the hollandaise sauce and the avocado balanced it out really well. We both were full after eating half of our meals so e we will be enjoying our leftovers for lunch. This place is awesome and we will definitely be back. OMG, you better wear stretchy pants when eating at Eggsclusive Cafe. The food portions are huge and can feed two or three people. I am a big eater and I couldn't finish half the food. I ordered the 5 egg "not so garden" omelet, so that is code for an omelet full of meat. The omelet was very good; one of the best that I have ever had. The cheese was perfectly melted and the eggs were fully cooked...not runny. The huge portion of hash browns were plain and needed some seasoning, but this is my only complaint. Add some paprika or cajun spices to make the hash browns a little better. Then they bring the pancakes out. I had forgotten that pancakes came with the breakfast. So after a huge 5 egg meat omelet and enough hash browns to feed a horse, here come the pancakes. Two large pancakes covered in powdered sugar now face me and I am about to explode. I poured the syrup over the pancakes and took a bite. The pancakes tasted good, the syrup was very good...not bottled syrup, but the pancakes were a little tough. Maybe the batter was made the day before? The service was very good. I want to come back and try their breakfast skillets. Also, I like their round menus...something different! If they had three and a half stars I would give it to him. Vibrant fun spot with a very clean look but the food has gone downhill. Last time I was in the corned beef hash with homemade this time it was canned. The potato on the side reads like it's some special magical potato but it's just a thing the food truck delivers. Nothing wow about it. The veggie omelet was nice and big with fresh vegetables but was kind of overcooked you can see the brown on it in my pictures. They do fun stuff like mimosa towers and things like that and maybe that's the crowd they're going for. But for overpriced breakfast I would think I would find somewhere else. We arrived at around 10am. It was a group of 6 of us, we were told they have the table ready but they have to seat the groups of 2 and 4 that came before us because that was their rules . Okay no biggie we understand that. Well we got seated and we're waiting for the rest of our group. We miscounted and ended up being 7 of us. Well guess what ? We were told to get up and wait in line again. There were wasn't a lot of people in the restaurant. We asked if we can just pull up a chair and we were told no. She was so kind, accommodating & funny! She also kept giving my friend and I compliments - who doesn't love compliments?!?!? Jacki recommended that we get the melon ball screwdriver - it was fluorescent yellow that looked like battery acid... but it tasted amazing! My friend & I split the Butcher Benedict & the Senor Bond. The Benedict was good but the Senor Bond was my favorite. It was like a breakfast burrito and was soo amazing! We've been in for a couple of visits and have had repeated good experiences (both Sunday mornings). I agree with other reviewers that prices are a bit high, but I think it is appropriate gives the portion size and they also offer smaller options in sandwich and combo order options. We've tried omelette, skillets and French toast, all have been consistently good and we leave with leftovers to reheat for the next day. The first visit they had s French toast trio (cinna-bomb, banana bread, and one other I don't remember). I didn't see this on the menu at our recent visit - too bad because I thought the banana bread version was the best, though the cinnamon-bob also very good. The setting is loud as it is a large open space, so maybe not so good for larger groups (we had just 2). This downside is completely made up for with the good food and fast friendly service. What a great find hidden in strip mall! This new(er) place with a more trendy menu seems as though it could be located in the city, but the upscale diner-ish environment and service gave off a smaller town vibe. (Loved the fresh flowers on each table and the palms scattered about). Our party of 4 came for a weekday breakfast and had no issue finding a comfy booth immediately. The place is rather large, but I could still see weekends having a little wait as this is definitely a different spot for the area. We were greeted warmly by the hostess and our server was equally as friendly if not more, and on top of everything the entire meal. Excellent hospitality given by all. The crew had a difficult time narrowing down just what to eat. So many tempting choices. There's a double sided menu, seasonal specials (pumpkin pancakes and apple cider mimosas for fall, to name a few) as well as a classics menu, which I can see older patrons gearing towards. Our younger crew went with chicken and waffles with a side of fries, the Mexicana skillet layered with spicy chorizo, pico, jalapeños, tortillas and your choice of hash brown or their signature potatoes. An Italian caprese omelette with sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil, again with choice of your side of potatoes was also ordered. With most meals you have the option of subbing toast for a side of pancakes dusted with their logo in powder sugar! (Nice touch!) This was definitely more than a side. It was two huge fluffy pancakes large enough for entire meal for someone. Both the omelette and skillet meals were large enough for two sittings or for two to split easily. The roughly $11-$13 price range for these types of meals to me was a great deal because it is essentially split in half! Everything was cooked well and really loved by all! Leftovers to take home too! My little one loved her fresh pressed orange juice made with strawberries and I loved watching the juice machine being used in the middle of the dining room. Can't speak for their other meals, but it's a solid breakfast spot I wouldn't mind hitting up again. You could easily return and try something new each visit. Definitely a winner! My boyfriend and I walked in here on New Year's day, only about a 10-15 minute wait so that was nice. I got the florentine benedict and it was delicious, and I like to think I have pretty high standards when it comes to benedicts. He got a combo platter with the cinnamon french toast and some eggs. The unfortunate downside was that his food came out lukewarm to cold, and the french toast was sickeningly sweet and very mushy. I can understand the hustle and chaos of a new year's day brunch. However, being able to time when to cook each meal on a ticket so that everything is about the same temperature when it leaves is a basic skill every kitchen should have mastered... especially by the time they reach the point of success that Eggsclusive Cafe has reached. I've also had their butcher Benedict's and skillet before which are both good, I'd prefer the benedict over the skillet though just because the skillets and omelets is way too much food for me! My family got other breakfast options, including the Arlington Benedict and the Rocky Mountain skillet. They said it was pretty good. The orange juice is very fresh - we sat right by the juicer and watched it do its thing (not sure if the oranges were washed though since the stickers were still on them). The one thing is that the portion sizes are way too large for one person. We each ate about 1/2 or less of our meals and took the rest home. First few bites got us full for some reason. High ceilings, tile floor, and lots of windows makes the noise bounce. The temperature varies drastically from the front door to the far end of the restaurant. The air circulation relies on two small ceiling fans that are located high above the tables. We sat in a booth and we could both feel the springs and lack of cushion in the seats. The food was plentiful and good, but it wasn't anything that I would go out of my way to eat. The coffee is good, but the cups are on the small side, which we know means that you're constantly filling it up and changing the balance of cream and sugar. The service was above average. The host was friendly despite being knee deep in a wait list. The server had personality and recommendations.
