Both the cream cheese and bagel was fluffy and delicious! The bagel was perfectly toasted it wasn't burnt or under roasted at all. This is located in a mall so it can be quite loud if you sit in the outside area, but they do have an indoor seating area. The staff were quite friendly and attentive. It comes with chips (fries) that are thick cut and not greasy at all. Absolutely no salt on the fries, which was fine with me as long as I have a package of salt to add, which they provided. There's not too much to choose from on the menu but the fried chicken sandwich did the trick for now. Overall: I think their employees are better than the food. They were amazing, helpful, and don't seem annoyed by their jobs. They made sure to smile, ask what I needed, and even asked how I enjoyed the food before leaving. Great team!
