During busy hours, it can become difficult to find parking here and you'll have to park down the street and walk. 2 stars Host: The first interaction will be with the host stand outside. They will ask for your name to add to their list, then you have to stand outside in the heat and wait for your name to be called. Everyone was whispering how outdated this system is and they need to text us when our table is ready, so we can wait in our cars. I waited for an hour, then walked up to host stand and they said sorry and immediately sat my party? What...1 star. Server: My server was friendly and provided drinks quickly, then took everyone's order without writing it down (always impressive when a waiter can memorize the orders). The server then spent a majority of his time assisting a table of 6 people in the corner. After 45 minutes he apologized and went to get our food from the kitchen, he proceeded to bring everyone's food, except mine. He blamed the kitchen staff and said he'll get my meal, then 15 minutes later brought out French toast only and not the main entree. He then went back to the table of 6 and helped them and never came back to my table until it was time to pay. By that times everyone at my table was finished eating and not worth asking for my missing entree. I left this place Hungry. 1 star. Food: The French toast was okay, nothing to brag about. After going to many other breakfast places in LA, this place is Mid. 2 stars. Overall: Having to wait outside in the heat for a table, then not getting your meal. Good food for a good price! I have been coming here for years and can't believe I haven't done a review. I came here on a Sunday around 9:00am for a party of two. The wait was very short around 5 minutes. (It can vary, I have had wait times up to an hour before). They have indoor and outdoor covered seating. They can accommodate big groups or small ones. The menu is also huge, you can definitely fine something for everyone. We had a wonder server Priscilla! It was super busy, but she was on top of her game, so pleasant and seemed like she truly enjoyed her job. The food was delicious! Came out perfect with good portions sizes. There is a long wait for the weekends but it's well worth it and it goes by quick since there's a store next to the restaurant that you can walk around in and listen to live guitarist outside. The staff is amazing. I ordered their famous omelet that was on the food network which was excellent. It's super quick service once you're seated. I'm taking off a star because the last time I went I ordered chilaquiles and instead of tortilla chips they used straight up flour tortillas. It was so bad I did not like the dish at all nor is that what I expected of the dish. Very expensive, everytime our family comes here there's always some sort of issue from food not tasting great, server not being the nicest, or the power going out. Charging $21 for 3 drinks (soda, and 2 coffees) when it could have easily been compensated knowing how cheap they run for the inconvenience for waiting to just not be served in the end. Unfortunate we had to ask for to-go cups, was the expectation for us to sit in the dark and finish our drinks? We love supporting local and small businesses so it sucks when we give these places more chances because some days are just better than others but this place is not recommendable unfortunately. read more

My favourite breakfast place in Santa Clarita. This place is very busy so expect to possibly wait to be seated but it's cute to look around the little stores or sit and people watch. The food is amazing and portions are big. Simon's breakfast with black pudding is my favourite go to for breakfast. Lots of things to choose from, you will not be disappointed. The indoor space between the tables are a bit narrow so it's pretty much a single file one way situation where someone needs to step into unoccupied table space to let you through. I asked ordered the 2 eggs with sausage, hash, a muffin, and a pomosa. I asked for the hash to be extra fried as I don't like it soggy and i thought it would be a fried slab of hash but it turned out to be kind of like chip crisps. Cute place, good service, food was excellent (they make amazing omelets - over 100 kinds!). My only criticism is the fruit crepes were atrocious! There was no sweetness to the cream. I can't describe how bad it was. I didn't make a fuss because it was busy and everyone was working hard. I ate the fruit and added syrup so I could palette the actual crepe part, but the cream filling absolutely ruined this dish for me. Went to this place this morning because I was looking for a place to eat quickly and this place came up on my search, so I gave it a try. The hostess was friendly and I only waited a few minutes to be seated. Seating was a bit cramped and my server was friendly, but took a long time getting me a glass of water. The place was busy, but not super busy. I ordered an omelet and it was just average, but was a decent size. Nothing to rave about. The server came by once after I was served, never checked up to refill my water, or to see if I wanted anything else. The reason for the one star review, is, two other patrons were allowed to bring dogs inside the restaurant and were lying under the tables, near my table. Disgusting. Both dogs were dirty, and if anyone knows anything about dogs, they shed fur constantly and spread parasites. Nevertheless, I do not care to dine at establishment that allows dogs or pets inside or on the patio. I'm dint understand why people feel the need to bring their dogs to dine around others. We all do not like or accept it. There was a reason they were never allowed in restaurants before, and that was due to sanitary conditions. So so food, service and dirty dogs in the dining area, three strikes. My first and last time eating at this place. read more
