I can't say anything that hasn't been said before because this place is so good. But, today was exceptional because of our server. Jeremy, thank you for adding to the experience. And Kim, you're always the best. The food has always been good- I had the savory crepes. The crepes were light, the balsamic was just right, not syrupy and the fillings were fresh and tasty. Love this place. read more

Great food and great service. It is always a nice brunch to enjoy with family. It's always crowded but the hostess and servers are always fast and friendly. read more

The parking was crowded and we definitely needed to park a little down the street. It's a bit loud but nothing too ear shattering. They had live music playing when we went on a Sunday and they have indoor and outdoor seating with misters working overtime to keep customers cool. There's a ton of workers constantly moving and taking orders, cleaning, making drinks and etc so service was very fast. I think from the entire visit took us about 20 minutes and we walked in at 1:30 pm and ordered a pretty large ish breakfast for 2 people. The eggs are fantastic, the bacon is crisp with no soggy bits, the French toast is thick and comes with some pretty cool toppings. The only thing that was a minor let down was the biscuits and gravy were a little lack luster but we chose to believe it was because they were closing soonish. Their coffee was incredible. Overall it's our new breakfast spot and we couldn't be happier with our visit. Looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu! read more

This restaurant is a beast! I have never seen such an extensive breakfast menu before. My husband and I stopped in on a road trip. I called ahead and was told there was no wait as long as we got there soon. We were about 20 min away. The restaurant was PACKED. Luckily, we got seated right away. My husband had an omelet with ground beef and it was fantastic. I had one with turkey sausage, which was good, but his was better. We ordered the smaller portioned omelets, and they were still massive. I enjoyed the option of getting an English muffin. The potatoes were also great. I enjoyed my iced tea, and my husband enjoyed his latte. If you sit outside, you might catch some live music. We sat indoors, since I just took whatever was first available. The decor is cozy and I would definitely stop in again. read more

So good!!! Biggest omelette I've ever had and it was the best. I initially thought they were gonna put a sprinkle of crab meat, clams, and shrimp inside but I was wrong, they packed my omelette with lots of the filling! White chocolate mocha was delectable as well. Great service too. Definitely will be begging for my cousin to take me back here when I come visit again! read more

Enjoyed Breakfast at Egg Plantation in Santa Clarita was absolutely delicious! We ordered the 8oz flat iron steak, a chili cheeseburger with crispy onion rings, a café mocha, a shot with an orange juice chaser, and a hot chocolate topped with whipped cream. Everything was so good, but the café mocha was a definite 10/10 and those onion rings were incredibly tasty! The service was friendly and attentive, and we loved sitting outside enjoying the cool breeze. Great food, great atmosphere, and definitely a spot we'll be coming back to! read more

Went here for breakfast. The wait wasn't bad. Sat inside this time. Our waitress, Veronica, was vivacious and took our order. My son-in-law had the English breakfast with the HP sauce, which he almost emptied the bottle. He was so pleased to have this meal (he is English), so this made his day. My meal was the full breakfast and my kids got the Nutella crepes and the Not Your Mama's French toast. All of us enjoyed our meals. Veronica checked on us frequently. The only caveat was the noise. It's a small interior and with people chatting, dishes rattling, and the regular noises from a restaurant, it could be pretty loud. I do like their vast menu options. read more

Food here is usually delicious especially their crab Benedict which is my go to and their breakfast sweets are also super good but recently I got the fried chicken and waffles and the waffles were delicious but the chicken was not good. It was so dry but greasy. Not much flavor and it was mainly batter and it had a taste of old oil and freezer. I think they previously fried the chicken froze it and fried it again on another day to appear as if it is fresh because it was piping hot. Was really disappointed because mostly everything I've had at egg plantation is delicious and fresh tasting. I will for sure go back to the restaurant because the food is usually good. The service is good and the restaurant is charming and gives you an old town feel, but just don't get the fried chicken and waffles. read more

The food here was the absolute best!! Went here halfway through a long drive home, for breakfast. 3/5 of my family is Gluten Free, and it's hard to find breakfast places with that allergy. But this place did NOT disappoint. Great food, love the vibes and the gluten free . It was a bit pricey but hey, that's modern day California for you . Anyways, food was amazing. I liked our server, she was quite nice. We did have to wait 40 minutes because it was very busy but I can see why. And also, we had a party of ten so I don't blame them . Anyways, definitely love this place. Would come again!! read more

Very homey and classic breakfast in Santa Clarita. Always seems busy; so the community clearly loves this place. It's a nice location and they have both indoor and outdoor seating situations. Service is always good here and it's great to hear some of the regulars get hellos. With that said, the preference to regulars is clear here- not a huge knock I get why this happens but others would potentially be bothered by other people getting priority seating. I was here with an ex girlfriend so slightly awkward but the atmosphere and food made it much more pleasant of an experience. The food was solid, was not mind blowing. Wished for a bit more flavor and actual spice on a Mexican inspired dish but still enjoyed it. Pretty big menu so I will have to try something else next time read more

Plenty of parking, when you walk up you're greeted by usually 2 hosts that are very friendly and get you seated promptly. Inside there's plenty of seats and normally is busy. Food comes out quick and coffee is hot! Always great service and my go to breakfast place when I'm in town. I love creating either a custom omelet or getting their corn beef hash and they have a big menu of options to choose from. Will remain my go to place for breakfast with family or on special occasions. read more

Love this place! Even though they were very busy, we were seated within about 10 minutes. The staff was attentive, polite, and efficient throughout our visit. They checked on us regularly and refilled our drinks several times, while still giving us space to enjoy our meal comfortably. The food was excellent, and the outdoor seating area was especially nice -- shaded, fresh, relaxing, and very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we'll definitely be back! read more

I had the pesto scream, and the alcoholic chai latte both are really good. The amount of food that came with the pesto scream was more than I was expecting, so I ended up taking some part of it to go. My server was very nice and helpful, the hostess was also very nice. The restaurant was very cozy and seemed like the type of place you could go to every weekend for breakfast. The amount of options on the menu are immense, both food and drink/coffee wise. read more

Been coming here for 20+ years. First time ever we felt need to leave. our host that sat us left us with bad taste. We left. We asked to be seated with our puppy (with diaper and and blanket to protect seats) we asked if we could Sit on patio. The way she made it seem like our dog was not welcomed. Just off. We used to come with 3 dogs before. First time ever felt unwelcomed. We were even just here a couple months ago. Wonderful host and server welcomed my sister's pup and us, warm as we have always had been. This time, completely flip. I guess we were not it for alternative girl. We left. There was also no wait time which should have been red flag something has changed. read more

Omelette was good! Pancake was average. Country potatoes were slightly overcooked. Service was excellent.

One of my favorite places to visit with some of the best breakfast food you can have in the area. Find it to be super clean and flavor and I enjoy what the chef has to do service has always been top-notch. Coffee is fabulous. Even there coffee is top-notch. I'd highly highly recommend this place. Warm, homey and friendly vibe! It's always so busy here on the weekends so we tried our luck on an early Thursday morning. We walked in and were immediately greeted by the hosts and shortly seated. Egg Plantation is a great breakfast destination stop before exiting the LA County area of Castaic. They open at 6am for the early birds line me. We arrived at 7:30am and seats indoor and outside patio was quickly filled. Dog friend on the patio. We were greeted by a friendly host who took us to our seats. The waitress quickly came by and took our order. I enjoyed the casual rustic ambiance and it wasn't pretentious. Great food and great people. Lots of regular customers dinning. We tried the Erin's breakfast sandwich and Simon's English Breakfast. Maybe named after the owners?!? Ice teas and Cafe Latte were delicious. The English Muffin did have more butter than I would have liked so you can put it on the side. Dishes are pricey but very hearty. read more

I love the vibe of this place and it's so comforting/a nice switch of scenery compared to what I'm usually surrounded by in Los Angeles. In comparison, it has a rustic/laid-back/unpretentious hometown vibe where locals and out-of-towners alike will come in for that big bowl of comfort clam chowder, morning cup of coffee/OJ, and last but not least, all that yummy food. My absolute fave is the Crab Benedict served w/ a side of O-Brien potatoes, w/ extra hollandaise sauce please. Even better if they were to have the CrabCake Benedict year round, but sadly I heard it's only once per year around Mother's Day. They also sell bags of coffee here. I can't wait to try the clam chowder next. I've only gotten takeout here so far, but thus far the service has been good too for my takeout and ordering. Yay for Egg Plantation! read more

Only found out about this place like last week while grabbing coffee across at Honu! We noticed the parking lot was packed and heard the live music and all the chatter over here. Decided to grab brunch here today and it did not disappoint! We got here around maybe 11am and the wait was about 25-35 minutes. We put our name down, grabbed coffee at Henry's down the street, and shortly after, our table was ready! We were walked all the way to the back inside at a high bar table which was perfect for two. Love these types of seating! This place is much bigger than we expected. Lots of seating inside but also lots outside in like two separate patio areas. We ordered their chilaquiles, side of eggs, bacon, hashbrown, and pancakes. Alex was a great waitress and made sure to constantly check up on us. We ended up loving their Louisiana garlic hot sauce which is homemade so we bought a bottle for $10 to take home. Food came out SUPER quick and everything was absolutely delicious. Their menu is huge but everything looked good! Already looking forward to coming back. IG: @ammysalamii read more

I had high hopes, but this place is overrated. I got a protein omelette and it was OK. I feel like the toppings are on the bottom covered by the egg blanket. They're not even folded into the omelette. The toppings were under cooked, especially the veggies. The best thing was the hashbrowns. The ambience is fun and lively and the service is good. The food comes out quickly. I would not return though, for $20, an omelette it was not worth it. read more

This place is always busy because the food here is amazing. I come here for brunch when the wait for a table isn't too long.

Came here with my girlfriend for a little late breakfast. I think we showed up around 1 PM. We walked straight up to the front asked for a table and will see that immediately kind of shocking with how many people were waiting outside, but just bigger parties so we are sitting relatively fast. I lived in Santa Clarita my whole life and probably only been here a few times felt like taking her hair for the ambience and with how popular it is I forgot the name of our waitress, but she was amazing. Cannot thank her enough for how something she was. My girl mentioned to her how motherly and amazing she was and how warm and helpful she was as well. We both got two coffees. I think I got something raspberry chocolate wasn't the biggest fan but I still enjoyed it and ordered a chicken fried steak came with eggs, toast, and potatoes. I thought about getting a two egg breakfast but for two dollars more I could get a chicken fried steak so that just made too much sense. Everything was delicious if I come back again, I would definitely get hashbrowns instead of the potatoes. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will be back again read more

Meh...a local favorite but not so much for this tourist. The service was not the best either. They do have 100 omelettes on the menu BUT some of the pairings do seem a bit odd so how often is it really ordered, if at all. I feel like it's a "selling point" or a claim to fame of some sort. Anyways the food and coffee were ok, but nothing stood out much. What got me was the seating method. You have to wait outside by a host stand with nobody there. I went inside to ask about being seated and was directed to stand by the desk. A few minutes passed (about 5) and another group comes and walks right on in. I hear them ask a waiter if they can be seated and they are immediately directed to a table?!?! About another minute later the hosts strolls on out looking bored snd finally seats us. We went on a weekday and they weren't busy so I didn't understand the lack of service. All of this put together and considering there are so many other food spots to try, I wouldn't risk being ignored again. read more

Avoid this place at all costs. The service was atrocious from start to finish. Our waitress took our order and completely abandoned us--she never checked in, brought requested water for my mom, or provided our check. My dad tried to flag her down multiple times as she walked past, but she blatantly ignored us. We ultimately had to ask another server just to get our bill. To make matters worse, after we paid in cash, the same server who abandoned us wrongfully accused us of shorting the bill. Management later found our money lying elsewhere on the counter outside the bill holder. Completely negligent service and shady practices. Save your money and go elsewhere. read more

Came on a Saturday morning so I did expect it to be busy. It was about a 30-45 min wait. There was a man outside playing live music so that helped entertained us and kill the time. I recently came here since I'm new to the area and had pretty high expectations. Overall, the service was just okay, and the food was average. The one thing I really enjoyed was their iced vanilla latte it was definitely my favorite part. This was my first time at this restaurant. They serve only breakfast and lunch foods with breakfast being their speciality. I absolutely love breakfast burritos and felt this is a place where I could get a good one. I was wrong. The menu said the burrito contained bacon, sausage, egg and hash brown potatoes. Apparently, what they did was blend all the ingredients together into one bland concoction and wrap it in a tortilla. Not a single ingredient was identifiable. Also, the burrito arrived blazing hot so I assume it was also microwaved. It was served with a small bowl of salsa. I was with a fairly large group and it had taken awhile to get our orders taken and food delivered. To send back my food and order something new would have had me receiving my new order as the rest of my group were getting ready to leave, so I ate about half my burrito and kept my mouth shut. Everyone else at my table seemed to be pleased with their meals, so apparently I had selected a poor choice from their large menu. If you want a good breakfast burrito, I recommend getting one from a food truck and at half the price. read more
