Although this place seems nice for a new business getting started, I'd feel much more comfortable if something more than just disposable alcohol pads are used when wiping off the probes before and after being used in between clients.
Not to mention the customer service itself needs much work. What happened to the "customer is always right"? The manager Apalonia needs much training in good customer service and how to speak to people that are the reason why you're in business.
Speaking to someone during what would be considered normal business hours is not easy. You must leave a message on what seems to be a cell phone and not a business phone. Then wait to get a call back, if you do by this Apalonia who seems to be the only one working at this place.
Nonetheless, when asked to speak to the owner, about the customer service practices, I was informed that she's there only one day a week. So, I guess if you have a problem you want resolved in a manner that would be consistent with a business that cares about their customers you have to wait for the one day the owner may be there or accept whatever the manager throws at you.
Bottom line, there are other places that are using this same technology to tighten, tone and tuck ; and the customer service is professional and doesn't make you feel like you regret giving your business or recommendations. read more
