I have been dabbling in holistic healing for the past few years, and I would consider myself…read moresomewhat of a sceptic. I've experienced reiki before, and never really felt any results, A couple of months ago I came here to get 3 sessions, and give it another chance. The place was very clean, everyone was very pleasant and I felt a sense of trust and peace, which is very important when dealing with any healing you undertake. When I tell you my first session with Jennifer and her assistant felt like an energy block was literally pulled away from my body. I was overcome with emotion and could literally feel the energy moving from head to toe. I went home that day and felt drained, but knew I had to finish my treatment. The second and third treatments helped solidify my feelings, and I felt more aware of my own self and re-aligned. If you are familiar with holistic healing, or curious, I urge you to make an appointment and see for yourself. Sometimes it just takes the right healer to help, and they are definitely the real deal.

I was skeptical going in but I have to say part way through the first treatment I could already tell a lessening of symptoms. Thank you Geri and Sarah for providing this service locally for us.

I've been going to Dr. Joe for several months now and I always look forward to my appointments…read more The office and physical therapy staff are super friendly and attentive, which makes visits to the office fun. In the last few months with Dr. Joe, my mobility has improved more than it ever did in four years with my previous chiropractor. Not only has he adjusted my alignment, but he also has me doing strengthening exercises in physical therapy to prevent a return to my previous pain levels. I haven't felt this good in years. I also noticed that there's a very negative review here on Yelp. For people that might be deterred by that review, I have to say that I think that person probably was expecting a day spa type of experience, which is a very different experience than a theraputic type of massage that you would get at a chiropractor's office.

I didn't know what to expect, but, overall, I really enjoyed the class. I found the space to be clean, warm, and inviting. It is quiet for the most part too, despite being on a busy street corner. I enjoyed the small class size, and I found it to be a good starting point for myself, seeing as how I haven't practiced yoga in over a decade. I was comfortable in the class and space, and thought the class went on for just the right amount of time. I felt the prices were fair and I loved supporting a small business. I am looking forward to returning in March for the second class in the package we bought, and also looking forward to trying out some of the other services they offer!
