I was injured during the workout and ultimately required surgery as a result of the injury. I understand that injuries can happen during exercise, however, the experience had a significant impact on me physically. I reached out regarding what happened, but I did not feel that my concerns were adequately addressed or that responsibility for what occurred was acknowledged. Because of my experience, I cannot recommend this gym and feel that potential members should be aware that this was my experience there.

After completing the treatment, I had gained nearly 15 lbs., putting my weight at 212 lbs. I tried a well-known weight loss program and lost the 15 lbs., but I was unable to sustain it. I then recalled that many years ago, I was successful with the LIPO B12 injection program at "A Better Weigh" center. I re-enrolled with the Schererville, Indiana location and I successfully lost those 15 lbs. on the LIPO program; however, I wanted to further accelerate my weight loss. The Better Weigh team had previously talked to me about the HCG program, but it wasn't until I saw the amazing weight loss of my co-worker who was on HCG that I was convinced that the program works. I started my HCG program and lost an additional 40.4 lbs. The HCG program did more than just accelerate my weight loss, it changed my metabolism and my overall relationship with food. I have more energy, and I still eat pretty much what I want, but for the most part, I eat a clean diet that includes more fruits and vegetables. I even desire to drink more water. I started at Options four weeks ago, meeting with Kyle for my consultation. I went in thinking -…read moredon't commit to anything because it seems too good to be true. However, in speaking with Kyle and having him highlight several program options, discussing my personal goals, and what would make the most sense for me to get there, I truly felt that it was the right decision for me. I've tried several diets, gimmicks, etc and have failed every single time. Now I meet with Nick Salerno as my counselor each week. He is easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel bad if you have a bad day, bad meal, bad week, etc. We talk it out, and discuss what I'm going to do better over the next week and set small goals to help me stay on track. Since I started the program, I've lost 8 lbs. I still have 48 to go, but with the support of Nick and the other employees at the Orland location, I have no doubt that I can do this.

Change in ownership, no notice to use remaining account balance…read more Before the ownership change, I absolutely loved Trouvaille Spa, now Crown Med Spa. I spent thousands of dollars there and fully intended to continue as a loyal customer. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed in how this transition has been handled. In July, I was specifically assured I could use my entire remaining credit in one appointment. Wanting to allow time for the relocation, I waited, only to discover I am now out hundreds of dollars in prepaid services. What makes this especially frustrating is that the same individual who assured me my balance would be honored is still employed there. If Diana knew Trouvaille was closing, customers should have been notified and given an opportunity to use their remaining credits. I understand ownership changes can be complicated, but loyal customers should not be left absorbing the financial loss. While I was promised the ability to use my balance in one visit, I would gladly compromise and use it over two or three sessions. Expecting me to return eight to ten times to recover money I've already spent is simply unreasonable. I am not asking for anything free, only the services I have already paid for. After years of supporting this business, I would hope the new ownership would recognize the value of retaining loyal customers rather than losing them over an issue that could reasonably be resolved. I genuinely hope we can reach a fair resolution. My review reflects my current experience, but I would gladly update it to reflect a more positive outcome. I would much rather share how Crown Med Spa stepped up to take care of a longtime customer than leave this experience on such a disappointing note.
