Unbeknownst to me at the time, they flipped (accidentally, I assume) the breaker to my septic. This caused issues where I had to call another contractor to check on that issue. That's when we found the root cause was due to Landen's negligence. I contacted them to try and receive a reimbursement (full or partial)of that fee ($150), which they refused. I then cancelled my annual inspection which was already paid for. They refused to refund that as well. Extremely disappointed is an understatement.

He came out and gave me a quote which was quite reasonable and said the job should take about 5 hours to install the new unit, all new piping and all new air handler/evaporator coil etc... everything new, and that the owner's son and a helper would be here to do it. From initial phone call to installation day was about a week and a half. Fortunately, I have kept a decent window unit around for situations just like this, knowing there would be some lag time between unit failure and installation of a new unit.
