My primary PT, Nnamdi, has been great to work with, responsive to my changing needs and a funny and motivating guy in general. The chiropractor, Dr Bazley, has also played a role in my recovery as needed. The front office staff is super friendly and easy to work with regarding scheduling and any health insurance concerns. The office seems to have recently opened so everything is up to date and modern including their scheduling and billing system which helpfully sends a reminder text the day before my appt and also emails me the receipt for my co-pay. There's plenty of parking in the area and it is a very convenient location for me, a NE DC resident.
