Elizabeth really puts in good work to satisfy my neck and shoulder pain. I used to walk out of massages feeling good but still not entirely satisfied because even when I would tell my previous massage therapists to apply more pressure, did not really do much for me but I still appreciated their work nonetheless. Elizabeth applies the perfect amount of pressure and makes her customers feel at home. Highly recommend! (Note: Her practice is in side the "Turning Point" acupuncture office. Threw me off at first when I first visited, but thankfully I always give myself 20 min extra to get to a massage therapist so that I can relax and sit while waiting for my appointment so I was not late.)

The people who run this place know nothing about heath or wellness and simply don't care. They care…read moreonly about money. First they clearly told me they were all in network with my insurance, and then after the acupuncture session they told me my practitioner could not accept insurance, but somehow nobody knew about it beforehand. I realized too late that this place is utterly mismanaged and incompetent. The manager said it could take weeks or longer to get things straight on their end. Since they know ZERO about acupuncture, they do now know or care that it is useless to start acupuncture and then wait weeks or months for a follow-up. Then they refused to let me make a follow up appointment with any other acupuncturist that actually could actually accept my insurance. This place is shady, duplicitous, and without ethics, and I would highly recommend you stay away.
