I have consistently had great experiences here, and would recommend to anyone in need for a therapeutic massage. They have standout prices, hours/availability, with incredible quality of the services provided. Their hours are 10am-10pm which is rare to find elsewhere outside of major chains where the experience may not be as tailored. My favorite session to do is the 60 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones/ essential oil added for an extra $15 at a total price that does not break the bank! Because of their reasonable prices, I've been able to treat myself much more frequently than I would otherwise and bring family members as well. The practice is extremely professional and respectful, tailoring each session to your individual needs. Appointments are made through phone call only, and timely arrival for the appointments is essential. We went here today, my bff booked a massage for me and her for my 40th birthday and it was amazing. It was very relaxing and i opted for the deep massage and it was soooooo good. My lovely massager was very good and very detailed on her massaging. It was so relaxing, the music the water sound and everything. It was a very good one hour massage i almost fell asleep. I have been to massage crystal twice now, once by myself and once with my husband, both times very enjoyable experience. They have individual rooms and they also have a two bed room for couples. I called to schedule both times and they always seem to have appointment availabilities and they usually are open late if you wanted to go on a weekday after work. Check in process is very easy, they have a tablet where you fill out your info and can circle the areas you want the masseuse to do use on. Once you check in they take you back to your room quickly. The place appears clean from the waiting area to the therapy room. They do offer variety of massages and offer hot stone and oil options too. The biggest surprise for me is the prices, for how good of a massage we got, the price is very very reasonable. For a 60 minute full body massage it was $90 including the oils and hot stones. Paying with Cash is encouraged but they accept credit cards. The masseuse are very professional, and very mindful about decency and make sure they cover areas they are not actively massaging. Both times, I've left feeling soo relaxed. The one thing I did not like is (and this is just personal preference), the lighting in the room was very dim. Granted that they are trying to create a relaxing ambiance for relaxation but I feel like they should give the customer the option of dimming or not. Walking into the room with the dim lights made me feel not soo good about the room is all. I had absolutely no business going out into the snow for this massage when I did... but let me tell you IT WAS WORTH IT! The sign is simple to see from the main road, and the parking lot is your standard for a strip like that. I noticed right away that it's next to a mani pedi spot... maybe I can do it all in one self-care day! So I went inside, and was asked if I had an appointment, and I said yes and gave my name. The staff asked if I wanted to use the bathroom, showed me where that was, and then escorted me to a dim room with a rose on the massage table. Calming music was also playing. I laid down on the mat and was ready for my first full hour massage ever. It's nice that I was able to specify areas that needed special attention... I'm so glad I said my back, because the masseuse did her THING! After an hour in that session (and adding the oil and hot stones) I felt incredible. There's like 2 other locations in the general area... if you're near one -- no, even if you aren't, you've got to visit Massage Crystal. They did the darn thing. The hardest part was finding a parking spot as they are storefront with several other strip center businesses. Very friendly greeting and asked about what type of session and pressure i wanted to receive. Taken to room (walls to ceiling and doors) and stripped down to wait on masseuse. Susan enters and a brief conversation to see what type of presssure to use. She checked in often to make sure pressure was good and did it feel good. Lots of focus on lower back and glutes as that is what i need. Great ambiance and soothing music/lighting and just relaxed and enjoyed the massage. Very affordable and definately time well spent. 90 minutes went by too quickly and next visit will opt for 120 minute session. A very courteous and pleasant Iris checked me in at the front desk and then led me down the hall to a small but comfortable well-lit and clean booth with fresh sheets, soothing music and smelling fresh. I did not have to wait long for the masseuse, Rita, to show up and boy did she turn on the magic. So professional and talented, she knew exactly when and where to apply the right pressure, and where to hold back and be gentle. Never did I feel rushed or felt she was taking too long on one area or wondered if she will have enough time to cover the entire body. She managed her time like a seasoned masseuse that she is and at the end I didn't feel that my one-hour massage wasn't long enough. I felt great! And I will be back again. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and the pricing is very good. The facility is new and clean. I appreciated that when I checked in, I could select what areas I wanted to focus on (there are body diagrams, and you circle areas on a tablet). I could also choose if I wanted light, medium, or strong pressure. I selected medium pressure. I have no idea what would have happened if I selected strong. Yaya was one of the strongest massage therapists I've ever had. Again, I cannot imagine what would have occurred if I asked for strong pressure. Her medium pressure massage was intense. She checked in on me, and I had plenty of opportunities to tell her if it was too much. I stuck with it, and she definitely worked out some knots. I have the bruises to show for it. Again- this is a 5 star review. I will be back, and I'll ask for Yaya again. I just want people to know- this is not the kind of place where you get cucumber water and a soft gentle massage that puts you to sleep. I can now officially say that I've been beaten up for the 1st time in my life. That was the worst massage experience I've ever had. Amy was very rough, my back got sore during the massage, I'll probably need to go to Urgent Care tomorrow. She also got on the table which I didn't like because her crotch was near me head. At the end, she grabbed me by the ankles and jacked my legs up in the air for a "stretch." I felt like a baby getting a diaper change.
