POOR MANAGEMENT FOR SURE................got in drive through line with 1 car ahead and thank goodness no one behind. Line never moved, guy ahead not talking, so after a frustrating length of time, backed up and decided to order inside. The girl was on her cellphone but took my order, then on to the pickup window, only to find 2 more young workers talking and counting plastic spoons???? THE PICKUP COUNTER WAS FILTHY WITH STICKY STUFF, so pointed it out to the young tall dark haired boy who said he would clean the counter. The customer service sucks so bad. It's hard to get an order through. If you hire people who don't want to be in customer service, your business is drastically gonna be affected. Whoever runs this establishment needs to go back over the basic skills of human interactions with their employees because no one is forcing you to be at work and if the conversation to order food gets so disrespectful to the point where the customer just walks out You need to get a different job. read more

This review is based on Eegee's Original Grinder. My sister-in-law bought me an Original Grinder for lunch. The sandwich is big. Not overstuffed (don't get me wrong, I like overstuffed sandwiches), but just the right amount of meat, veg and cheese to go with the bread. The sandwich had; ham, salami, provolone cheese, tomatoes, onions, lettuce, pickle, spices, peperoncini and their special sauce. The thing that stood out was the bread. It reminded me of Jimmy Johns sub rolls. Fresh, flavorful and does not tire you out while chewing. I don't understand all the negative reviews. My experience was 5 stars. Can't wait to try eegee's again on our next visit. read more

Never had, so had to try. Service was super fast, as I used the drive through. Ordered the pina colada frozen drink. Not sure what I was expecting, but it was so thick it wouldn't even come up the straw. Super sweet and had tons of coconut flakes. Not my jam. Fake tasting. Let it sit in the 100 degree car for a few and still barely melted. Won't be back. read more

This was such a disappointment! Drove up and ordered 2 sandwiches. One Meatball and one hot pastrami. Got to the pickup window... sat and sat waiting... the worker at the window stood with her back to me the entire time..... I continued to sit waiting... finally after literally 15 minutes (at a fast food drive-thru!) I was handed a bag, a pastrami sandwich I was told... and "we don't have enough meatballs to make your meatball sandwich. So I waited 15 minutes to hear that.... Then" how can I make it right?" Well... give me my money back?!" (Which they may have done but I'm not sure.) Got home and the pastrami sandwich was a cold, not hot pastrami... oh well won't be trying Eegies again. read more

The kids work hard at this location. My one star review is because the company changed the menu and frankly it's horrible now. A lifelong customer from a family of lifelong customers (my mom worked at the first branch in Tucson!) I'm sad and horribly disappointed that the fries changed and so did the sandwich quality. I literally used spend $30-50 a week here, and now I'm ashamed to feed it to my family. Eegees, you ruined one of the only things I could count on. Please go back to the old fries/menu. read more

Don't bother. I gave this outfit the benefit of the doubt, and they failed, miserably. I went everyday for a week, but finally today I said enough is enough. I waited 20 minutes in the drive through, and my 12" Sub cost me $13.00! No kidding, THIRTEEN DOLLARS for a sandwich that was as awful as it could possibly get. I had the Club. There was No Tomotao, and when I say no, I mean not one itsy bitsy piece. I asked for Chipotle and again, no, not even one teeny smidgin bit. I didn't have cheese, but they didn't deduct for that, and I did add Turkey and you can bet for sure they were plenty anxious to charge extra for that. Typical Fast Food Rip Off. That was the driest sandwich I ever ate. Taste? De Nada. Horrible, no flavors, no tomato, no sauce, long wait, expensive. If you go there after reading this honest assessment, you're a moron. I wanted to love this place- so tired of having very limited places to eat- but...... Dang this food sucked!! I got the meatball sandwich and mom got the chicken salad and we attempted the fries. The meatballs were dried out , cheese was a Clump of glue, The fries were just soggy and the nacho cheese sauce ridiculously gross and my mom who says everything nice only could say well most of the salad isn't soggy and old and wilted. read more

I have been a loyal customer at eegee's for many years. I was so excited when I heard they were going to build one in Green Valley, however was quickly disappointed with the food and the ice drink. They put soggy lettuce on my grinder which made it practically inedible. I ended up throwing it away. The eegee ice drink had very little flavor and that also went in the trash. I was so excited to have an eegees close to home. This is THE WORST eegees I have ever experienced. And not just once, I have been there about 5 times and it's consistently TRASH. Rude workers, cold soggy fries literally EVERY TIME, I ordered a deluxe grinder and it didn't even have olives or house dressing on it. Waited 15 minutes for my food and there was no one in front of me in the drive thru. Then when they gave me my food they just shoved the bag through the window. Truly so disappointing. I usually get eegees when im strolling with my family in Tucson but since they opened one in green valley it was more convenient for where we live. The service was fast and you can see that there was a lot of new workers. My go to is the ranch fry's but this time I ordered them they weren't like the one I would order, they had barely any ranch and bacon.
