When I arrived they were very helpful in telling me how to go about it. When I returned, with the items, the company whom I ordered from gave me the wrong information about how to return my item. They sent one label when I needed two. So I didn't have to call Apple again, would've been the third time, they helped me find a new box. This box fit all the items and they packaged it up for me and got it shipped so I didn't have to make another visit to the store, in the rain. All three times I've been in, everyone was friendly, happy to help, and very efficient and timely. Highly recommend this place, they care about their customers which isn't always the case other places!

I really need to stop dropping my phone. Luckily this place is just along the road…read more On the Finnieston strip, there are at least 4 places where you could get your phone fixed. I normally go into a couple and see what prices they're charging me and what the chat is like. These guys have been good for me so far. Last time I dropped my iphone, the screen smashed into at least twelvity billion pieces. They replaced it and put a proper glass screen protector on. This time when I dropped it, the glass screen protector worked - the screen didn't smash, but the whole screen detached at one corner, meaning that the slidey slidey didn't work, so I needed a new screen anyway. Took it in, job done. They're quick - they had that done in an hour. Plus they're helpful. I mentioned that it was super annoying that I dropped it as I'm due an upgrade next week, and they gave me a bit of chat about which iPhone to upgrade to, or shock horror, even to consider a Samsung! So I now feel armed with information for making a choice about upgrades. One thing I would say is watch out for the prices. I honestly think they just make them up. They will come and go with you though so it's worth asking, and also worth comparing with other shops in the strip too if you want to be thorough about it. When I have my new shiny phone soon, I'll be back to this place to get a glass screen protector put on, and also to GET A PROPER CASE THIS TIME! Apparently rubber is the way to go.

I said wow that's great. we bought 3 cases, looked on my bank statement later that night and was charged £30!!!! I rang and rang the shop no answer. went into the shop and he basically said that 10p & £10 is the same. he refused to give back any money u til the police came and sorted out the situation and clearly told him to distinguish very clearly pounds and pence!!! SCAMMER!! AVOID!!!!

I came to this shop to receive a phone repair service (screen replacement). After 1 hour the worker…read morereturned me the phone with new screen but a touch screen function was not working properly.(very slow) I asked for replacement or I said I did not want to pay for this poor quality service. They took my phone and did not want to return it to me until I pay. I asked to call the owner. The owner came and told me that there is no solution for me and offered to pay with 50% discount, but I denied this offer as my phone was not working properly which means I have to repair it in another place again and spend more money. The owner eventually returned my phone to me with my original broken screen ( it was more broken than before) and they said that if I am not happy with their service the only thing they can do is to take my written complain and send it to owner personal email. (Which did not guarantee me anything) so I received my phone with broken screen but it is not working anymore - screen is just black. I am not able to use it and they did not installed it correctly. So to summarize the situation- I came to this shop with fully working phone but with small crack on the screen and received it fully smashed with not working touch screen (just black screen).

GAMER'S FIX So today…read moreis Him Indoors' birthday...he decided last night he wanted to have "a two-console household"...ooookaaaaay darling!! ;-) He's already got a PS4 and today I got him a Wii U in this Game store. The location is very handy, close to loads of transport and central!! As soon as we asked for assistance, a very friendly girl came over and helped us out. She immediately told us about a bundle deal, where basically you get the console (for the normal price it is everywhere...) and a wee accessories pack free...and there are cheaper games (premium and new titles) should you chose to buy them at that point. The accessory pack had a wee stylus (the Wii U game controller is a huge thing with a touch screen and buttons etc, so this is a great wee bonus for NO MONEY!!) a screen protector for the controller screen and a pouch to keep the controller safe when not in use...FABULOUS wee extra!! The staff member then showed us where the pre-owned games were, there was a good selection! Him Indoors had a rewards card, so she happily put the points on there for us and explained that the points don't register for 24 hours, again, helpful!! He spied another game he liked the look of so asked her to put it aside whilst we went to look for other bday pressie stuff elsewhere (we ended up not going elsewhere, but she had already set it aside for him, so it was available ready to go at the till.) I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for games/consoles/iPads etc...they have a great selection (of new and pre owned games and consoles!) and they take pre orders too for the next Big Thing!!

Probably my favourite Gamestation…read more It's on a good location on Union Street near Fopp (a cheeky combo of CD's and video games, please?) and Glasgow Central. They have a huge range of video games on all the big consoles including X-Box, Wii and PS3 with different members of staff stating clear preferences for which one is their favourite. It's important to know this when you make big purchases because they will steer you away/towards particular products. They do good trade-ins and bundles and are always bang up to date with the latest releases. It's pretty big inside with plenty of room to move around and they always have playable demos of new releases which is always fun!

Mobile phone salesman are in my opinion the worst group of people in the world. Hangings to good for 'em. This place is no different, but I'll give them an extra star as when I came in to ask how to use my new handset which was baffling me, they were marginally less patronising than others i had encountered.

I switched service providers from Giff Gaff to o2 when I bought my phone from o2 back in September…read moreof last year. I did everything online, so I hadn't yet experienced the woeful customer service that o2 has. There are so many days that go by that wish I had stayed with Giff Gaff and left o2 well enough alone. Since I paid for everything with my bank card online, I was told by a member of this location that I would be unable to make payments with any other card except for the bank card I used and I would have to contact o2 on the phone to switch payment cards. Being American, I have a savings account with my American bank that has a chip and pin that I would like to use, and they flat out told me that they don't accept the American card. That's funny, since it has a Visa logo, and as far as I know, that's accepted basically everywhere. I went online to chat with a service rep about the same thing, and they agreed that I would have to call to have my payment changed, but that they wouldn't be able to accept my American card. Not only that, but I surely miss Apple (my old phone was an iphone) because any little problem I had with my phone, Apple stepped up to the plate and fixed it no questions asked. With o2, I have go through hoops to get anything done and everything that has needed to be done has taken so long to do, it's almost not worth having any sort of communication with them what so ever. Unfortunately, I signed up for a 2 year contract so I'm stuck with o2 for a while. Steer clear of o2, their customer service is rotten both in store and online. They're not worth your time. Fingers crossed, I won't need to be in touch with them any more until my contract is up.

The selection of the latest Apple devices from iPhone to iPad, from MacBook Pro to AirPods is extensive as one would expect, and the store's exposed brick wall adds a rustic charm and a juxtaposition between the modern technology and old building which houses Apple Glasgow. There are fewer open spaces to sit and relax compared to other Apple Stores - there are still some areas where you can sit, play around with the latest devices and charge your phone though, even if it isn't the most spacious and comfortable. The staff seemed friendly enough, but again not overly welcoming and engaging. The store does generally close at 7 pm, which is a little early for my liking but is amongst the latest in the city centre anyway so I can't complain too much there. 4*

His unprofessionalism is a bad reflection on the Apple brand and clearly brings the Apple brand into disrepute. Apple need to pay more attention to their management selection process and the customer service/management training that they are giving these people. In this case, Apple have got it majorly wrong promoting this person as they're not management material in anyway!
