I would use again, although I did ding 2 stars due to cleanliness and what I thought was a pricey 5 mile trip.

The van had strong odor of cigarettes and MJ. Driver and partner were very friendly and nice to me and took me to the hospital to be with my sister. On day I needed to leave we had scheduled for a 4:00 AM pickup and I did not realize that the front of the hospital lobby is closed at that hour so I had to go out the ER exit and walk around with my suitcase in the dark and cold to wait at the front entrance where I had been dropped off. The driver was late, I was cold and it was dark so I was a little scared being a 76 year old woman alone in the dark and unfamiliar area etc. When driver finally arrived, he said that he didn't know he had a "pick up" until 4 that morning. Mind you this had been previously scheduled and confirmed 2 days ahead. Driver was nice enough but wanted to know how I paid and I told him it had been pre paid at time of schedule. Overall I think I would use them again but would hope for a more timely pick up and for cleaner vehicles.

Mark and Melissa THANK YOU for making the purchase of this amazing truck soooo smooth everything is like you said and posted on your website we are very very happy with the truck and look forward to doing business with you in the future even if we have to fly out there and drive back in a snow storms, GOD BLESS, Nestor Pastora

I had a tire blow out one night a while back. When I went to change the tire, I discovered that the…read morelast tire shop had rounded off my lug nuts, making it impossible to use a regular 4-side or socket wrench to change it. I had it towed to my house where I had a replacement tire. Early the next morning, I called this business, explained my situation, and inquired as to whether they would have time to work on my wheel that day. "No problem, come on in" was the response. So I called another tow truck and had my car towed to Wilson-Dunham. Upon pulling into the parking lot, the owner ran out of the shop and said "What the hell are you doing?" I told him that I had called an hour prior asking as to whether they could replace my tire. The owner immediately dismissed me in the rudest possible way, "I wasn't the one that talked to you and I'm not going to work on that anyway. I have too much going on today." With money spent on towing already wasted, I had the towing company take the car to a close-by TireRama. The people at Tirerama were very professional and they fixed my wheel within a couple of hours. I have always tried to spend my money at small, local businesses when possible. Most of the time, these businesses will provider better customer service than the big guys. In this case, it was just the opposite. This is the rudest, most unprofessional small business owner I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle to Tirerama or Staley's. It will cost you less and, more importantly, will be less of a headache.
