Then they called me back and said they do, but they are still waiting for the engine. I called back at the end of December and was told that my engine was in and I was next to be repaired. Then I called at the end of January and was told they were still waiting for my engine. Then they called me back and told me that I was still next. Then I called at the end of February and no one returned my phone call. Now I have been submitting customer service requests begging them to please fix my car, and they will not respond to me. During these 7 months - I have received FOUR flyers telling me the value of my car has gone up and I should sell it to them. Which of course, they then could put in the brand spanking new engine. When I first had my car towed the woman I spoke to said "Some people have had their car here since January, so they are trading them in." It feels like they are holding my car hostage to get me to trade it in - Which would work out nicely for them. I buy a new car from them, Hyundai pays them the cost to replace my engine, they sell my car at a pretty penny because it has a brand new engine. Last May I was in the market for an EV, and the Chevy Blazer seemed to fit my needs. Denny Menholt…read morehad two available and advertised that they would apply the $7,500 tax credit toward my down payment. That turned out to be the first lie. When I began working through the deal, they told me they couldn't actually apply the tax credit, but they would instead discount the vehicle by $7,500. That was the second lie. They rushed me through signing the paperwork so quickly that I didn't notice until later that the $7,500 discount was never applied. When I returned a few days later to show them the error, suddenly no one could remember the agreement they made. To make matters worse, my wife was impressed with the salesman and purchased a new gas Blazer the same day. She drives a lot, and when we picked up her Blazer, we took it on a trip to Missoula. The vehicle had multiple electrical issues right away. When we brought it back, they simply reset the system and told us to try again. The problems continued--especially with the adaptive cruise control. On our third visit to Denny Menholt, the service manager (Terry) told us the adaptive cruise was supposed to disengage randomly and called it a "safety feature." I'll count that as lie number three, although the real count is probably higher. We finally started taking the vehicle to other dealerships. HKT in Glendive was eventually able to identify the problem and fix it. The car seems to be working now, aside from some interior lighting issues. Bottom line: Avoid Chevy products. But if you still want a Chevy, never do business with Denny Menholt. Based on our experience, if their lips are moving, they're not telling the truth.

Don't go to these guys they do horrible work. I just had my truck in there for some body work…read morerepair and could not believe the work they did and they think they did a good job. When i got my truck back they didn't even clean any of the rubbing compound up I had to do that. The inside of my truck was a mess they didn't even cover the seats and through all the parts in the back seats got black marks on the ceiling on the seat covers. They replaced the front fender, drivers door and back door. When they painted them the paint don't match they said it does i had a number of people look at it and they also noticed it. There are fish eyes marks all over the paint also when they tried to blend the paint they had swirl marks all over from their machine they didn't even try to buff them out. They put broken clips back in that holds the rubber molding on around the door. The doors and fender do not line up the gaps between the doors and the fender are off. There are a couple of rubber deflectors under the hood that attaches to the bumper when they pulled the bumper off they didn't even detach them so when pulling the bumper they ripped them and didn't replace them. There are a bunch of more things to many to mention. When I went back to Menholt body shop and told them I wanted all of this fixed the manager then told me that I was being to picky and that he was going to call the insurance company to talk them into totaling my truck. He tried to intimidate by threatening me with the totalling of my truck just so they didn't have to own up to their warranty policy. They told me that they had a life time warranty on the paint for as long as i own the vehicle. I don't understand why they would have such a warranty if they don't own up to their shady work. I gave the a one star and that is even to high of a rating for them. I guess I am going to have to find another shop to fix their work.
