We have 11 acres and decided to upgrade from the Husqvarna lawn tractor we broke. We went looking g on a Saturday night when the shops are closed so we could make an unbiased opinion. We tried John Deere, we have a tractor we love. Wasn't impressed with the "sit" on it. Next drove over to Edwards tho long we wanted a Kubota. I sat on it, nice. Then sat on the Ferris. Ferris has full suspension. Very nice. Went in on Saturday and met Max our salesman. Told him my story of multiple back surgeries and he agreed that we needed a Ferris. We bought it Saturday and he said he would have it delivered early this week. The phone rang an hour later and Bill was able to deliver it the same day. Talk about service! Will be a customer for life now! Thanks guys! read more

Good equipment, incompetent service. Dropped off my string trimmer for a simple repair. Received a call that it was ready to pick up. Went in and after a short time was told that my trimmer wasn't there and that mine had mistakenly been given to a different customer. I was patient and after about 10 min of head scratching and paperwork shuffling from the 4 staff members I told them that I really needed a trimmer because my house was for sale and I had a showing that evening. Their solution was to give me the other customer's trimmer to use! Really!? No way I said and they ended loaning me a used one that they had for sale and that they would call me when they tracked down my trimmer. During this time there was no apology, no offer to refund even a potion of my repair cost, and no offer to lend me a replacement trimmer...I had to ask for that. I was shocked and disappointed at the lack of concern. I've purchased 3 brand new pieces of equipment from them over the past few years because I like Stihl but I WILL NEVER BUY FROM EDWARDS AGAIN! read more
