I recently brought my vehicle into this dealership for a recall service and unfortunately had a…read morevery disappointing experience. When I dropped off my car, the paint on the hood was in good condition with no clear coat damage or chipping. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed multiple areas of chipped paint -- some down to primer and even bare metal -- along with visible clear coat damage and stripped coating on the hood. I brought this to the attention of the service manager, but instead of properly addressing the concern, I was told the damage was caused by "rocks" and that the clear coat stripping was due to "water penetration." These explanations do not make sense given that the vehicle was in the dealership's possession during the service and did not have these issues beforehand. I The vehicle was also washed by the dealership during service. Given that the paint damage and stripped coating appeared immediately after pickup, it is reasonable to conclude the damage may have occurred during that process, especially considering the severity of the clear coat removal." This appears to be a clear case of lot damage that occurred while the vehicle was under the dealership's care. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue by management is extremely concerning. I am not questioning warranty coverage -- I am pointing out that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it, which should fall under dealership responsibility. Keep in mind this is a 2024 Mustang - damage to the paint at that severity and not taking accountability is not professional. I am hoping this can still be resolved properly, but based on my current experience, I would advise others to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before and after service.

I need work on my A/C, so after having it diagnosed, I have been looking around for different quotes on the parts and labor to be done. I figured, this is Volkswagen. I have a Volkswagen. Let's get a quote. Now, everyone knows dealerships are more expensive. Why? Who in the helm knows? It stands to reason that since they are the originators of all of these cars and their parts, they should actually be cheaper. But, they aren't. That's not necessarily a shock to anyone. I get it. What should be a shock to everyone? Is just how much more this place is charging. This is the second time I have come in here asking for a quote. The first time, I needed a latch for my trunk. The little lip cling mechanism stopped working for whatever reason? They wanted more than $400 for this one part. WITHOUT labor. I looked around for all of five minutes online. And found a genuine VW part for $100. Then? I found the same generic Parton Amazon for, $13.... You read that correctly.Thirteen.... Dollars! I thought I would buy the $100 part, and just get the $13 part to hold me over until I got paid next and then get the VW part. Thinking the $13 part obviously wouldn't last. That was almost three years ago. And turns out it was as easy as a few screws and a single connection to fix. And I did it myself in twenty minutes. Today, and the reason for this review? I have already gotten few different quotes regarding my A/C today. So, I know what the pricing should be in a general sense. Apparently, Volkswagen has absolutely no clue what it should be. These people gave me a quote for JUST LABOR. He said that his tech would have to come inside to give me a quote on the part. However, when he handed me the quote for JUST LABOR mind you, it was more than double what everywhere else quoted me, with the labor. That is insane! And everyone who thinks of going here? Should know that they are just FLAT OUT, POINT BLANK, NO OTHER WAY TO PUT IT, NO WAY TO DRESS IT UP, CALL IT WHAT IT IS, UNJUSTLY RIPPING YOU OFF. If you bring your vehicle here to be worked on? You either have more money than you know what to do with and don't care about wasting it? Or, you're a fool. There is no justification for these prices. ESPECIALLY in this economy. Their mechanics aren't four times better than other mechanics. And their parts, CLEARLY, as the evidence has shown me? Clearly are not worth 34 times what somewhere else charges. I genuinely can't not understand why ANYONE, would ever bring their vehicle here knowing how badly they are ripping you off. If you need your VW worked on? Helm! Hit me up! I will literally do the footwork of finding you a place for a small fee. And it will still come out to three times less what you would pay here! Guess what? Other places guarantee and warranty their work too. This dealership is nothing special. If you think otherwise? You understand nothing about anything. And need to have your head examined. Also? Since you have do much extra money lying around g around and just like giving it away? Hit me up. I need it more than you or them. The only thing I will say for them? Is that the employees on the maintenance side of the building have always treated me politely and friendly when I have shown up. So they have that. But that doesn't warrant paying four times what you would for the same work elsewhere. The employees on the car sales side for the most part have been cool as well. However, there was one guy the first time I was there looking who basically treated me like I was beneath him helping me. Though this was a few years ago. This review however, is about the maintenance department. So i will leave it at that. You either don't care about wasting money? This was ABOVE AND BEYOND. Layal Hijazi took care of me, and she had all of that and then some. What really stood out to me was her ability to stop anything she was doing and listen to a concern I had, even as simple as the wheel style that I wanted to modify my special order. She answered every question promptly and once we decided to do a custom order as I needed xDrive which is a bit rare on the west coast, she continuously gave me updates on the status of my production, transport, and ETA of my new baby. When the day finally arrived for delivery, Layal truly made me feel special and I felt like an absolute VIP. My new car was washed flawlessly, and had a full tank of fuel waiting for me. Layal got me set up with the MyBMW app and answered any questions I had on iDrive 8.5 as well as offering the ability to follow up anytime if something came up. I LOVE the vehicle and loved the experience. As a matter of fact I only have had my car for a couple of days, and she has already given me a follow up call with a warm thank you and inquiry on how I'm LOVING my car. It's all the small touches that added up to a 100% flawless process. I also was very satisfied with the pricing and her ability to explain any questions I had with that end of things as well (also shout out to finance team, they have been also wonderful!) I would not hesitate to recommend Layal to ANYONE that is looking for a new BMW. What was supposed to be a great first time car buying experience for my brother has now turned…read morenothing short of a nightmare for us. Our salesman Jacob had been very helpful and believe he had done everything in his power to assist us to the best of his ability. Management had failed us.  We had visited the dealer on Sunday, 9/13. My brother was specifically interested in the X2 Courtesy Loaner. A deal was made, and during financing they advised since it was a Sunday, the detailers were not in. Bring it back the next day. We were the last ones at the dealer, after hours and was not able to inspect the vehicle thoroughly. We were advised by Jacob anything wrong with the vehicle they'll be able to take care of when we're return the following day. All that was done that night was a quick wash.  The following day after the supposed detail, we noticed a couple small chips, one on the hood and one in the trunk. This isn't a scratch, or an inconspicuous place. It's a chip in the paint down to the metal, right on the front of the hood. Exposed metal is prone to rust. Brandon was the rep who assisted us that Monday. Checking the vehicle after the detail, the job was done half assed. There were still coffee stains on the seat and cup holder, the headliner a dirty, the rims were filthy. Ran a finger across the rims and it wasn't even washed. This was supposed to be the 'detail'. Brandon advised he would get with Jacob regarding the chip. I followed up with Jacob but he was out. He said he'd speak with his manager when he returned on Wednesday. I received no update other than he was sacked to finally remove the vehicle from fleet status so we can finally register the vehicle. I had to call in and spoke to Danny Gomez. I explained to him the situation and he said he would take care of us, to make sure to leave a good review. My brother had left the dealer and no manager wanted to come out and speak with him. The only person available was Jacob. They did not address the chips, said there was nothing they can do. Why the hell were we told to come in just to be told they can't do anything? It takes an hour and 15 minutes without traffic to get to your dealer. We have now been there twice set purchasing the vehicle with no resolution. A simple fix has now turned into a nightmare. Sitting at the dealer on Sunday seeing people come and go, we were advised only one car was sold. We wondered why and now we know. Customer service is everything. Any dealership can make a deal, this isn't the first BMW or luxury car we've purchased. It's the follow up and level of care you get after the deal is done that makes a customer come back. And by lack of compassion and care, we definitely will not be coming back. I will make sure all review platforms including the review email from BMW, and BMW corporate know we were lied to and that we were baited and switched. We were told to take the car home, we left even if the vehicle was not inspected, because we were advised that anything wrong with the vehicle after we brought the car back for a detail, would be taken care of. Lastly, just to prove even further the lack of care and customer service from your dealer, not saying that this would've been  an acceptable solution for us, but even remotely showing an ounce a concern, we would've atleast have been offered touch up paint. The lack of customer service we received may be expected at a Kia or Hyundai dealer, but not from BMW. This is not how a first time car buying experience should have been, and this should not happen to any customers moving forward. We had wasted time and money from calling off work to go back to your dealer twice in which the problem should have been corrected the first time around. Problem to this day has yet to be corrected. Sent an email to management and received no response. All they care about is getting you to sign at the X and take the car off the lot. Good luck after that 0 Star Dealership!
