Even better, though, is the skill with which the employees help you to find a pair of frames that fits. Isabelle Quintero helped me (of course she fixed my glasses :) pick out a pair of glasses. Kinda been eyeing (no pun intended) a pair of bendable titanium glasses. I had picked another. Too small. Was a new patient, had new glasses made, could not leave them on for more than 45 minutes. I returned they corrected the prescription through an additional exam and remade the Glasses. I still could not see out of them. No problem with my eyes because I can still see fine out of my old glasses they just aren't quite strong enough. They needed a little more strength. After the second time and two round trips for a very long drive to get to them, I returned the lenses and asked for a refund. VSP my insurance company has reinstated my eye exam, and also the benefits for me to remake the lenses. But I had $230 in overages and the office is unwilling to refund those to me even though I have returned the lenses to them. I asked the office manager to please talk with the doctor. She said she would but never called me back. Now when I tried to call it says that the phone number I'm dialing is not receiving any calls from me so I guess they have a way to block me from Calling. I'm going back to my old doctor in San Jose, which is a very, very long way from my home to have a new eye exam. I was planning to ask them if I could bring that new prescription into their office and have their lab make up the lenses again, so I wouldn't be out my overages but now I'm unable to reach them.
