Instead, you are instructed to leave a message for a call back, but they don't call back either. I called several times over 2 days without an answer. Had to go in person. When I arrived, there were 4 people at the front desk, yet no one could answer the calls and no one could call back. It's unbelievable how a medical office can run a business in this manner. These physicians are going to lose business due to the staffing and how they run the office. I won't be going back.
