I have never had problems with making an appointment with Dr. Borrego and when I arrive for my appointments the wait time is within 10-15 minutes. Dr. Borrego listens and has always provided me with extra time if I needed clarification on symptoms/medications. He welcomes my input and has provided me and my family with excellent medical care for the last 10 years. The staff has always been professional and friendly. The message identified the name of the clinic, said, "It looks like something went wrong. Please call our office." How shocking and alarming since my husband is experiencing health problems, and we are working with several doctors. At opening time on March 26, I contacted United Medical Clinic. The office manager, Perla, was not in. I spoke to Mari. She told me the message was an error and this message went out to others as well. What a disaster! I do not recommend this Clinic. There are other clinics that are more careful with technology!
