The truck was very clean and organized. The menu we chose included: Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, PoBoy Sandwich and the Smash Burger. Our sides included the mac and cheese, French fries and the fried ravioli. We had over 50 guests at the party, and every one of them complemented the food. Many guests went back for seconds! Because all of the items are served in one styrofoam container the cold items become warm and the juices all run together. The slice of cornbread is all mixed in with the other food.
