The first One I didn't like. The second was nice but still didn't answer or find a solution for my concern with my son's eye so I searched for another Dr. I called my insurance and they had given me a list that would accept my insurance and also the age group of my son. I scheduled with Dr. Brandon Cornish. He was such a pleasure meeting and actually listened to my concerns and showed him pictures of my sons eye to reference. He did a few simple eye tests (no machines or eye drops) and figured out what I was talking about with my sons eye - THAT THE OTHER 2 DR's DID NOT - I personally feel they just bypassed what my concern was for my son and completed an eye exam to charge my insurance. Moving on ... Dr. Cornish's office is clean, bright, and full of new technology! I also booked an exam for myself for contacts and it was super easy and his staff went over what the cost(s) could/would be if I wanted to proceed with getting contacts for that visit. By the way, I've spoke with the women at the front desk several times in the past week trying to figure out insurance and appointments. They were SO HELPFUL! They didn't just refer me to call my insurance provider to ask the questions. They genuinely wanted to help and you can just tell they did it with a smile each time I called. I appreciate them so much because I have not received that service anywhere else ! They are so sweet and are the backbone to Dr. Cornish. Happy staff, happy business ! Dr. Cornish really took the time and explained in detail with our exams. What things we could do as exercises at home to improve my sons eye and make it stronger. I felt a sigh of relief leaving here because I finally found a Dr that heard me out and it was a successful visit all around. I even scored a pair of new sunglasses at 20% off. Holler ! Drops went in at 3:55 and the Doc didn't return for a half hour, after saying she'd be back in 15-20. I made the appt at 3:00 with another meeting at 4:30 figuring never in life would an eye exam take longer than an hour, let alone 90 minutes. Maybe my expectations are a bit too high. Who knows?

My prescription for glasses is very high, so I needed a frame that would help hide the thickness of the lenses & support the thick lenses as well. Two employees picked out a few frames that they felt would work well with my high prescription and then gave their input about which looked best. They made the process so easy! I had questions about the materials they would use to make my lenses & some additional features I wanted to add to the lenses, and they were able to ask the optician directly, which was great. This was SO much better than other places that ship the frames to large optical labs, then ship them back when done. The opticians who create the lenses are on-site at Clearsight and it only took about 5 days to get my glasses vs. over 2 weeks at other places that ship the frames to the big optical labs. The glasses were crafted perfectly and I can't thank everyone who helped me enough, especially the optician who made the lenses. This was the easiest and most pleasant experience I've ever had when getting new frames & lenses!

He uses cutting edge technology to see what possible underlying diseases and abnormalities you may have with your eyes. I have never had an eye exam with that amount of information and detail. I never expected him to pull out an iPad with a series of eye maps revealing wavelength detection, full visual field mapping, and more. It even had graphs showing my percentile eye performance in different categories! Definitely very top tier material. I'd recommend him for anyone with serious visual concerns and multiple comorbidies (diabetes, hypertension) this would definitely be one of the places I would turn to first. Even though I have some pretty healthy eyes, and the use of up-to-date tech is great, what I really liked was the results. Apparently I had a slight prism defect, which was where one eye was slightly higher than the other. He asked, do you get car sick or seasick? And I said yes! How did you know? I suffer on long boat rides quite often. Apparently this can be one of those causes. I've been seasick all my life, so this is not a new development but he's the first one to find it. Every inch (or micrometer on this case) counts, so for me all the tech and talent of Dr. Radzwill led to very tangible results. I'd come here again for an eye exam and highly recommend Dr. Radzwill. He is a top tier optometrist with an excellent bedside manner. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish, and I felt very comfortable under his care If you're a big fan of tech and science like I am, it's worth the trek just to see your eyes charted out using every statistic and visual graph possible. They gave me a trial pair in July that weren't even the correct prescription and the gentleman working there said "it's not the same but it shouldn't be that big of a difference". Calls to them lead you nowhere. Next step will be filing with my insurance company for fraudulent billing and also my credit card company.
