Dr. Greggory Jones has been my Primary Care Physician for years - over a decade and a half; as well…read moreas that of my wife, mother, and aunt. This is one of the few times in a Yelp where I am at a loss for things to say, because I have so many *good* things to say about him. Granted - no man is a superman. Even doctors have their limits as to what they can do for their patients - but what Dr. Jones IS... is patient, easygoing and insightful; as well as competent in his knowledge and advice. He even has a dry sense of humor that kind of comes out and at you out of left field at the most surprising times. What he's NEVER been in the time he's been my doctor, is pushy or over insistent on a particular test or procedure or point of view. He's always stated his hunches... his suspicions..and his medical opinions to me and my family as if we were human beings with a brain. We've never felt talked down to or patronized in any way, shape or form. Something the wife and I really like is that we've never felt rushed in his office. When either one of us, or both, are there - we are his sole focus. He's attentive and helps us to feel like we are all partners in our health care. If he doesn't know something - he's not afraid to say so, and to find out more information to discuss during a later visit - or to give a referral to another Doctor, specialist or other resource where we can find more answers. He works out of Beaver Advantage in Redlands, tucked away in a nice little residential neighborhood. The place has a cozy but friendly feel to it, and the staff is always friendly. Granted - sometimes you have to wait, but such is the lot of those of us in managed care; and besides - the office and waiting rooms are comfy. My only minor complaint is that sometimes his own staff can be a bit "bubble headed" when it comes to keeping some of the necessary forms on file (aka I've had to fill out the HIPA form to allow my wife access to my medical records probably around three times now) - but it's certainly not enough to remove s star. If you get a chance - do try to choose Dr. Jones as one of your primary care physicians - he honestly seems to care; and unfortunately, that kind of thing is becoming more and more rare these days. Oh - as an interesting side note.. He kinda has a passing resemblance to the actor.. Hugo Weaving. Whenever he walks into the room I expect him to go... "Greetings... Mr. Anderson... Its time for your exam...".

I'm going to give a 3 for bad customer service. Haven't even seen the doctor yet. Called the office…read moreand was passed around to various hold lines. Then I spoke to a nurse who said she could schedule me but I needed to register first. Was passed to the registration department and guided through that process. Then, was passed back to the scheduler who said that he isn't accepting new patients. When I asked why I needed to register as a new patient in order to find out that he isn't accepting new patients, they didn't have a good answer. Just makes me wonder how good they are at handling other administrative processes that could be more life threatening like lab results and other paperwork.

Amy Zimmermann ( lactation specialist) is knowledgeable, professional and genuinely cares about your success with breastfeeding. She is kind and available to you even once your baby is born. Thanks to her I felt prepared when my son arrived and even when I was unsure she was just a phone call away. Love the service here!

The worst experience here after surgery! After surgery MD stated I can get pain meds at 5pm. I was…read morecontinuing to request and didn't get any until 7:30 pm. Food was the worst, and the silverware had to be returned 2x because it was DIRTY! The nurse kept calling me so pretty and Halley Berry for some reason when I look nothing like her. It wasn't a compliment to me it was unprofessional. They took 3hrs after my request to come and help me to the bathroom and no, they were not busy I could hear them laughing and joking outside. They never hooked me up to machine to check my oxygen levels which was the reason I had to stay there 2 days. I might as well have been home. SO that was wasted money spent. They were supposed to get me up and walk me around and never did for 2 days. There was a pain med schedule on the board and they NEVER adhered to it. My surgeon was furious and they blamed ME the patient for not calling THEM when I was literally speaking to them to provide it. Go ANYWHERE but here!!
