Around 7:40 PM, the staff member at the front desk left the clinic to attend to personal visitors, leaving the front desk completely unattended. This was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a medical facility where patients expect timely service and accountability. I understand that clinics can get busy, but leaving patients waiting for extended periods without explanation--and abandoning the front desk entirely--reflects very poor customer service. I hope management addresses this issue to prevent it from happening to others.

The doctor spoke very limited English, so it was hard to understand him and I had to repeat myself multiple times. I don't think he fully understood my explanation of how the injury happened (repetitive use of heavy landscape tools at work). The final report has clear errors: it lists a "left shoulder fracture" and "left shoulder sprain" when my injury is 100% right shoulder. No left-side pain, no left exam, no left imaging. Everything from Kaiser (ER and MRI) confirms right only. The restrictions (no right arm use) were correct, but the wrong-side diagnosis is concerning for my claim. Staff was okay, check-in was quick enough, but the language barrier and mistakes in the report made the visit stressful. If you need precise documentation for work or insurance, I would go somewhere else or request a different provider. 3/12/2026 visit.

She was hard me on because I wasn't listening, and I had gestational diabetes. She was worried about the well being of my child when I was focused on my next meal. Crazy. My big thing was that I wasn't severe gestational, I was mild, but it still mattered. I got to actually start liking Dr. Lyseight my second pregnancy, when I was eating better and she wasn't so hard on me. Also I used to really think about why she was so angry when I had my apts... it's not that she was angry, it's that I made my apts late in the day when she's already seen 20+ patients and still has to drive to the hospital to deliver babies in between those times. Shes tired. She's a great doctor, and even though I have different insurance, I will always recommend her & I appreciate her for caring as much as she does about her patients.
