I was taking a great ride on a beautiful day when my rear tire went flat. I was able to pull off…read morethe highway and make it to a Shell station where I started calling towing companies all over the Rockford area. State Farm roadside assistance was telling me two hours before a tow truck could get there and other towing companies were saying definitely over an hour; however, VL said possibly thirty minutes. Twenty-nine (29) minutes later, Matt pulls up and within ten minutes my motorcycle was loaded up and secured for the ride. Matt was extremely professional, spoke about his family as well as told me how he thoroughly enjoyed working for this family run business because they put safety first. The inside of his truck was clean plus he had the correct straps to properly secure a motorcycle while towing it and the knowledge to do it so effectively and efficiently. Their price was definitely more than fair. Thank you VL Towing Service and Matt for helping my motorcycle and I get to the only motorcycle repair facility (Hankster Motorsport in Janesville) that could and/or would replace my rear tire today!! You are ROCKSTARS!!!!
