Wow. Simply wow. This was a great experience from start to finish. I'm riding from Chicago to Freeport to visit family. All's well. On my way out of town, my clutch lever quite literally *pops* off and I laid it down in the middle of RT20 trying to turn around without a clutch. We get the bike back up and in a safe spot. Next day I pop in around ten AM. Even this early, staff greeted me warmly and were super professional about listening to my problem and explaining what parts were left on the bike vs what I needed. On May 12th I bought a used Honda Shadow Aero from them and after that I brought home and park it, because the weather has been so bad. Then on May 18th I took it for a good ride so about half through it I stop and turned it off, got off on it to rest a bit. Then I got back on it and tried to start it and it barely turned over, but it did thankgoodness. So the next morning I called them and they said bring it over and so I did. They checked it all out and the battery was weak so they replaced it. Will I figured that was going to cost me because there was no implied warranty on it. So I asked them how much that it would be and they said there would be no charge, I was shocked. It is great to see and deal with good honest people. So thanks so much Scott & the group.
