Thisis the sixth time I've been to Eds to get my car windows tinted. I will never go anywhere else. They do a perfect job and he is a super nice straight up guy. It's always done exactly when he says. I've sent a few of my friends there as well and they are always happy.

Super happy to have communicated immediately with Marvin and get an affordable quote I was looking and hoping for. After securing the choice of this business, I asked if I could come the next day. They were okay with it and I was able to secure a time I chose which is absolutely amazing!! I parked up front and walked outside my boyfriend's car (the tinting was a surprise anniversary gift) and Marvin introduced himself to me, looked at the car and noted existing scratches (to which I took the opportunity to take photos beforehand), walked me through the different shade percents I would like, and gave facts and judgement that I also agreed with. So ontop of the easy scheduling, the drop-off process was quick and easy. After choosing my preferred tints (front/passengers : 35% of light to go through, back/rear: 15% of light to go through), I signed the order form, and I walked out happy and excited. Marvin even went above and beyond by asking if I'd like a ride home, to which I politely declined. I also have to extra thank Ed for being patient and waiting for me after they closed at 5PM. I had come in before the time it was ready due to needing a key from the key ring I left behind. Thankfully, it all went well and I was able to drive my other car and pick my boyfriend up to bring him back to see the final results with me. Needless to say, my bf was super happy!! The results turned out amazing and made his car look 'sexay!!' It's been 3-5 days now since we have tinted it, and the bubbles disappeared after a few days with the sunshine. There's also a 5-year warranty included if anything didn't go right. So far, it looks so amazing and my boyfriend remarked it feels like a new car all over again. Huge thank you and love to this place for treating the car and customers so well!!!!

Ed not only gives the best customer service but also does an amazing job. He answered all my questions thru the phone and setting up an appointment was easy. My friend told me to get 5% but Ed advised me that was too dark so we did 15% and I couldn't be happier. It made my car looks 100x better. I was scared of going alone because most auto places take advantage of girls but Ed was honest and friendly. Definitely recommend! read more

Ed was great!. I had a lot of questions which he answered and he even suggested that I do some of my own research on different products before choosing his shop. Afterwards, I called back and he was able to fit me in on the same day. He took the time to show me what different products would look like on my car and discussed it thoroughly before I chose. I spend many hours a day inside my car so I chose ceramic to try to control some of the heat on the hot days. The tint job is just beautiful. My car looks awesome and I would refer all to his shop. read more

I don't known if this has ever happened in the history of getting your car worked on, but my car was done before he said it would be ready and Ed called me himself to tell me. Fantastic! Ed is super friendly and really does his job well. I called beforehand to schedule an appointment, then brought my car in and spoke with Ed about which tinting package I wanted. Ed was really good about answering all of my questions. I also really appreciated how he didn't try to up-sell me at all and was completely transparent about the pros and cons of each package. He gave me a totally honest and objective view and didn't try to pressure me into spending more for something I didn't need. I ended up going with the mid-tier package. Ed finished the tinting job in just a few hours, and it was absolutely flawless! The windows looked amazing and there were no bubbles at all. Dropped in on this spot without calling first just to see what kind of work they do here and my man, Ed, hooked my ride up with a tint the same day! And hell of a job too! I usually don't write reviews, but had to make an exception for Ed's window tinting . My husband and I wanted to get our cars tinted ( his was a full car tint and mine was to fix an old tint on my back window) we had been calling a few places and everyone was quoting us really high. We finally found Ed's window tinting and saw all the other great reviews about this place. So we decided to call him on a Saturday, not only does he give us an amazing deal but even takes my husband's car the same day, and made a future appointment to fix my back window the following Saturday. Both cars turned out AMAZING!! and Ed was so pleasant and easy to talk to. These guys are great. I got my car tinted here a while ago. I called Ed, he quoted me a good price, and I made an appointment to bring my car in. Once in the shop Ed took good care of me and we looked at the different options he carries. I chose the ceramic tint in 35. Then I watched as he and his co-worker prepped the car and started to work on it. As they worked on the windows, Ed called me over and showed me some damage to one of the windows. It was a brand new car and hr guessed it was from the dealership keeping a metal lockbox on the window to hold the keys. He said to call the dealer and get them to replace the window, and to bring it back and he would put another tint on the new window for free. He was good for his word. As I type, they're putting on the new tint. read more

Ed and his crew did a wonderful job with the tinting, as my car windows look fantastic. But what impressed me even more was the attentive customer service. Ed took the time to explain the pros and cons of the material types and transparency percentages. To be specific: initially I was set on ceramic coating with high(er) transparency percentages. But Ed pointed out that if I wear polarized sunglasses (which I do), ceramic can potentially cause rainbows in my vision and a chance of very mild distortion. Well, Ed was absolutely right because that's exactly what I saw when he held up a ceramic sample to my window while I was in the driver's seat. He also held up the different transparency samples to my window until I made better selections. I'm really glad that he counseled me thoroughly because ultimately what I thought was good for me and my car turned out to be wrong, and he was right. He really pays attention to detail in both the car and the customer, and that is a rarity. Not only that, but he finished earlier than anticipated, and the price was fair and reasonable. I'm finally back after 3 months. This time I'm getting my wife's Prius window tinted. She was so impressed when I brought my Lexus home with tinted window by Ed and his co-worker. Again I called early in the morning and Ed was able to booked for my at 12pm. Ed is really detail about his business and work. Coming to every detail and aspect of the professional level when applying the tint on to the window. He makes sure that no bubble will shows and it has to be perfect and top notch of his work. This is my 3rd time being here and every time it get better and better; pristine work. Hopefully if my parents wants their windows tint for sure I will come back to Ed's Window Tinting in the near future. Keep up the great work and have a wonder new year :) read more

They then introduced to me something called "Color PPF". and When i first heard it, i was thinking okay that sounds dope but what's the price tag..? Turns out vinyl wrap that every shop uses, lasts only like 3 years or so, while the colored PPF lasts 7-10 years. And when you're already considering to pay a good amount of money to get a car wrapped, why not put in a little bit more and get the best possible results. I cannot explain the ease of the whole thing. I also had them redo my tint and wow the difference is worldly. To be honest, the biggest thing that made me wanna get it done with essential tints, is the fact that they offer a loaner car... i've NEVER seen a shop do that. only dealerships. They did a fantastic job on it honestly i don't have anything but great words because my car is truly 1-1 now. The tint looks factory-perfect -- dark, uniform, with zero bubbles, creases, or dust. Edges are clean even on the curved rear glass. After considering a few options, Rashmi V.'s review had me sold. Setting things up could not be easier. I called Mike and asked to set up a 10am appointment on a Monday late last month. Just give him the year, model and make of your ride, the number of windows you need tinted, and the type of film you want and Mike will give you an estimate for the job. Long story short, I waited about an hour for him to tint the front driver and passenger side windows; that was actually far quicker than I expected. I was charged a very fair and reasonable price, especially considering the quality. There are plenty of places to get your windows tinted, but Blackout is among the best out there. Mike knows what he is doing and does a damn good job at it; he's a no BS type of guy. After my experience, I highly recommend Blackout Window Tinting.

Drove right in by 10:30 and received thorough and clear consultation and despite the language barrier this was a phenomenal experience. They were quick and efficient took about 45 to an hour, so I just crossed the street and went to hearts for a quick breakfast ! Paid $80 for two front tints @ 15% , solid. Highly recommend ! I recently went to Ed's Window Tinting to get my car windows tinted, and the work itself came out great--clean, professional, and exactly what I wanted. But what really stood out was what happened afterward. When they tried to start my car, the ignition wouldn't work and the steering wheel locked up. It was a stressful situation that could've gone very differently anywhere else. But instead of brushing it off, Ed went above and beyond to help me. He arranged for someone to come fix the issue, covered the cost even though it was more than the tint job itself, and didn't charge me a single extra dollar. On top of that, he handled getting a replacement key and provided me with the invoice and everything I needed. I only paid the agreed price for the tint, which was already one of the best deals I found after calling around. This level of customer service is honestly rare. It shows what kind of business this is--they truly care about their customers and take responsibility in a way that goes far beyond expectations. What could've been a really bad experience turned into one of the best I've had. I left genuinely impressed and honestly speechless. I have a BMW 3 Series. I called Ed, and he said that he had a opening time window for me. I drive by in 10 min. He quickly estimated my car and gave me a bargain price compared to other places I had a quote. I quickly agreed with him and left my car with him. I choose nice tinting shade, that he suggested. After 2 hours later he called my cell phone and said that my car was ready to pick up. I went back to pick up my car, and it looked beautiful. The tinging job he did was professionally done. Perfect for anyone relying on dependable work. Professional and will work around any schedule. From top of the line cars, to even older modest cars. Ed does them all!
