After this husband asked them to put the tires back on it. They tightened the wheels too tight. Wheels now make a horrible loud noise while driving and car pulls hard to the right. Don't recommend them at all!! They cancel the install saying only 3 of the 4 tires had arrived. 2 weeks later, after calling customer care 800 number, because they don't answer the phone in Chillicothe, we are told the 4th tire was there. We set another install appt. Car is taken. They check it in. Start strolling the store waiting for completion. 45 minutes later they text that the tires aren't there.
