And I'm guessing that because they're new they just don't have their system worked out well enough to handle the crowd. So let's address the dog itself. The bun was toasted, as it should be, on the grill and was just perfect. The dressings is where it started to fall apart. Mustard was flopped on one end, but not spread evenly over the dog, and really should be under the dog. The chili, what little there was of it, was pretty tasty. I just like my dogs with lots of chili. The slaw was sweet and crunchy as slaw should be, but it was also rather haphazardly spread over the dog. The onions were crisp and fresh. So all in all, this was a decent hotdog; however, with a little more time, just to touch more time, it could've been a great hotdog. The french fries were excellent. Cooked perfectly, right amount of salt, and served hot. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt being new and all and will try it again next time I'm in Sparta.
