My water heater burst and water went through many parts of my home damaging cabinets, walls and on…read moreand on. I called Quality Restoration and they were there so quickly and started immediately to dry up the property, remove all of the kitchen appliances and check the walls. Lem was great in helping me deal with the insurance company that, of course, wanted to downgrade how much they reimbursed me. Quality Restoration then did all the repairs and got things back in shape. They did a great job! Hats off to Lem and his wife Kristi for all their help!

I am writing this 5-star review for Quality Restoration as a happy customer. They just completed…read morerenovation/repair of damages to our home caused by a July 14, 2024 Tucson monsoon. Our neighborhood (the 85745 zip code) was hit hard by that storm, with lots of homes damaged - many far worse than ours. Our home was built in 1971, and has had multiple additions/renovations in its 53 years. The most significant damage from this storm was to the unwieldy 1971 era, 96" by 96" floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors in our dining room (the storm bent the frame inwards and the doors were precariously left jammed in place), and significant water leakage through the 1971 era dining room window. Quality Restoration was able to replace the sliding glass doors, rebuild the wall to install a 2024 era sliding glass patio door, repair/replace the water damaged drywall/insulation below the leaking window, seal the replacement 2024 era double paned glass window, and repaint the dining room and the attached hallway. The job took four days (exactly as estimated/quoted). I will attach before and after photos here, but most importantly, I wish to add some commentary about the company and personnel. "Quality" is an incredibly apt name for them. They have all the elements of great customer service -- they listen to the problems, propose solutions, adjust for your budget, answer the phone when you call, communicate when things will happen, meet deadlines, quote cost before the job and stick to those quotes unless there are changes in the scope of work, and are meticulous about arriving when they promised, keeping the jobsite clean and leaving it clean at the end of the project. They don't cut corners. It's just all around "quality" work. Special shout out to Lem and Kristy Nash (owners) and Pete (the project manager) for their ability to adapt and work around obstacles and problem solve. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

While you hope to never have to call, Titan is great when you have an emergency restoration need…read more We had a kitchen cabinet bottom warp and called a plumber to see if we had a water leak somewhere. The plumber noted that our sink was "too deep" for the drain and said the cabinet damage looked old. His recommendation was to get a more shallow sink and move on. We knew the cabinet damage wasn't old, removed the bottom of the cabinet ourselves, and discovered mold and moisture. After some quick Yelp and BBB research, we called Titan. Their dispatch got me in touch with a supervisor so I could describe what was going on and get someone out to estimate / handle the work. Since we didn't have a flood, they came out the next business day, which was fine by us. Their price was fair for the work to be done, and we moved forward. We were very impressed with the work Kari and her team did. They set up containment around the area, removed all of the damaged materials, connected us to a plumber to fix what turned out to be a cracked drain (and who didn't suggest a more shallow sink!), and dried/air scrubbed the area for several days. Once dry and clean, they sealed the wood and had the air inside and outside of containment tested by an independent, third-party. With their "passed", Titan came back to remove the containment materials. I'll also add that the entire team was masked and socially distanced any time we saw them outside of the containment area. Hopefully, we don't have to call Titan again, but we highly recommend them!

Seven years ago I contracted with them too fix a water leak in my front window. After removing all…read morethe stucco, and both windows(upstairs and downstairs), they stated they found the source of the leak. Stated they repaired it and replaced the stucco and windows. A couple of months went by which went right into monsoon season. I inspected the the window and saw the right above the window the paint was bubbling just as it was before. When I finally got a hold of them they said they would be right out. Three days later they made some time to come out and said yep it's leaking. They stated we ll look into it. A week later it was repaired again. Six months later the seal around the window was cracking and came out again. Stated we didn't seal it correctly. Now over two years have past and the seal is even worse(see images). I called and the response was your warranty is expired. That's great customer service for you. Update on the outside of the house. I've attached two photos where the stucco was removed and now it's current condition. Two contractors came out and said the same exact thing that the stucco was applied incorrectly. As you can see the patch lines match where they applied the new stucco. It had to be patched due to cracks. I emailed them and the response I get was your warranty is expired and on my google review we can come out and give you an estimate. An estimate to fix their mistake. The response below does not address the misapplication of stucco.
