There was a long wait to get an appointment, and the staff wasn't the most professional or friendly. It was hard to even reach someone. I waited for my appointment, and ended up having to call in to reschedule. When I called to reschedule my upcoming appointment, the receptionist had 'no record' of my appointment. I guess they didn't successfully schedule it or mark it down. This was discouraging and disheartening, but we went ahead and rescheduled and I waited the long wait to the next appointment. When it was almost to my appointment day, the office called me to let me know that I could no longer be a patient there because I was a 'no call, no show.' Without speaking with me, they cancelled the long awaited appointment (at this point it had been almost three months just trying to get in to see Dr. Niran). I called in to try to clear up the misunderstanding. Explaining that I wasn't a no call, no show. Perhaps the office staff didn't see the originally scheduled appointment, but it was somehow successfully scheduled somewhere--and then when I didn't show up for the appointment (they said they didn't even have on their books), I was marked a no call no show? I'm not sure what happened on their end, but I am very responsible and communicative. Whenever I do need to reschedule, I call in advance. The receptionist just went on to lecture me about why the policy is important. I'm like "I agree, but I didn't not call and just not show up and you said I didn't even have an appointment. How could I even be absent for an appointment that, the last time I called in, you told me you didn't have scheduled. They are all over the place over there, and I was losing patience. They said in about a week they could get back with me about if I would be able to be seen as a patient. I told them there really must've been some sort of mistake. I did not earn the 'no call, no show' punishment. They called today saying that we would not be able to be seen because I 'missed an appointment.' There was no understanding or hearing me that it was a clerical error on their office's part and I got falsely accused and kicked out for their mistake. I'm just trying to take care of my daughter. I've already waited three months to see Dr. Niran Al-Agba. Now I guess I have to start from scratch. My child is now going to be due for her 15 month appointment. 've completely missed the milestone 12 month exam. I waited and waited for my Silverdale Pediatrics' appointment, nervous about her going without a check-up for months. Now I'll probably have to wait again to have her seen by another new Doctor elsewhere. They could've at least kicked us out right after the supposed no call no show, rather than making me wait a month just to tell me days before my long-awaited appointment. I waited all that time for nothing. So unfair. This is not right/unethical treatment of a patient who needs care and her mother who is responsible and communicative.

It took us almost a week to get ahold of someone, and when I finally did, I was told I needed to download and print the new patient packet from their website, fill it out at home, and physically drop it off at the office. Only after they receive and review the paperwork will they look at the schedule to make an appointment, which I was told could be as far as three months out.I've only had two pediatricians for my kids, so maybe I'm just accustomed to a different system! Our previous offices either provided the paperwork when we arrived or had everything electronically through a patient portal/iPad. I'm definitely not opposed to paper forms--I was just surprised that we have to print and deliver everything ourselves before even being able to schedule.

They are ALWAYS available, whether by phone, video call, or in-person visits. I have seen all of the providers and can't say enough good things about each of them. The office staff has been fantastic - all calls and questions are answered, and the follow-up is thorough. I love the addition of dogs in the office - what a perfect buffer to an otherwise potentially anxiety-inducing experience. This is a very personal experience, unlike any other I have had in the past. I cannot recommend this practice enough - if you are lucky enough to grab a spot!

If you need care, stay away from this clinic. I didn't realize providers who accepted new patients screened out those whom they took an oath to help.

Everyone is always so friendly and we are able to be as serious as we need to be or jokingly fun when the need arises. That informed my decision to use them. After the procedure I then get bills from two different entities. Phone calls to the surgery center afterwards blamed me for not understanding how the process works. I contacted two different surgery centers (located in Seattle and Bellevue) who provide similar services and they told me their offices do not do that, they bill together and give the price up front. One was very critical of the setup with the Surgery Center of Silverdale and they knew who I was talking about just based on hearing my experience. Strong recommend to find a different provider, but if you do use them, get any quotes in writing and have them confirm IN WRITING that they won't spring extra costs on you.
