He doesn't take time to listen to your concerns or explain anything about the meds that he will put you on. He judges people by the way they look, and God forbid if you run out of a medication. He will not send in any prescription that you may need to save you from a heart attack or stroke! I lost my job and was unable to take care of my family all because he would NOT send in an emergency prescription that He wrote for me initially! So now I am in the hospital for God knows how long all because I needed a couple of pills to hold me over till my next refill which is 5 days away. It is a heart medication which says 'DO NOT STOP THIS MEDICATION SUDDENLY BECAUSE YOU MAY HAVE A HEART ATTACK OR STROKE ' He does not care about his patients and acts like you are bothering him at every appointment and especially if you need anything without an appointment. This man is a joke and I would NEVER EVER recommend him to anyone!! I am in the process of filing a malpractice lawsuit on him for his unethical practices and for the pain and suffering he has caused my family and I. As well as all of my medical bills that are piling up due to his lack of morals and empathy. The rest of his staff is a joke. They act like they are going to help you when in reality they are laughing at you and judging you and telling you that it's all your fault! Please do yourself a favor and see ANY OTHER Cardiologist, your health is way to important to leave it to someone that is only there for his paycheck. I called and found out that an appointment for some complicated procedure had been scheduled for me, without my knowledge, and when I started asking questions, the receptionist hung up on me. I experienced that as disrespectful of someone who has a life-threatening health problem (atrial fibrillation), and was simply trying to get information about their own care. That was one of the moments when you know that as a patient, you're a piece of meat being processed at the meat-processing facility.
