My wife asked a nurse about the doctor and slow service the nurse told her " if you don't like the service here you can leave " in an insulting manner . We left and got my tetanus shot at a grocery store pharmacy without having to wait. Other patients with young children with fevers , etc also spent a long time to be seen. She is thorough, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I see her 2-3 times a year. Some other reviewers have rightfully noted some challenges with the support she gets from her office staff. Some staff are extraordinary others make it clear that you are a bother to them and don't bother to follow up on issues. Dr. Agrawal recently announced that she will be starting a new practice and I imagine that many of those issues will be addressed.

It is so nice to have a Dr. who really takes the time to sit and talk with you about your issues and to really work with you to resolve them. When I declined a referral and explained my reasons, she took the time to understand why I didn't want to go down that route, offered alternative treatments and offered to keep the first option on the table should I want to take it later. I would describe the office as efficient, convenient and comfortable and Dr. Choi as friendly, personable and understanding.

I had a short wait for my appointment, not very long and the wait was pleasant. I love Dr. Dosumu! I was looking for a new PCP and I've found her! Dr. Dosumu was friendly and warm. She asked several questions about the reason for my visit and I never once felt rushed, like I have with other doctors in the past. She listened to my concerns, offered a plan of attack, ordered the tests and sent me on my way. Back at the front desk I was given a recap of what we had covered and what I was to do. And I later received a letter in the mail detailing the results of my tests. I definitely recommend this office and Dr. Dosumu, who is young and thorough, as well as personable and friendly.

After being denied that visit until 7/5 I communicated a need for longer steroid (previous one ran out) and a prescription for unexpired albuterol treatments, I'd like a hard copy of all my medical records as I'm choosing to switch medical care to a doctor that employs people who also care about patients. After the visit with my doctor on 6/27 and talking to her on the phone on 7/2 re: the two prescriptions needing to be called in, on BOTH occasions the CVS on Van Dorn didn't receive 2 of the 4 medicines after the in person office visit on 6/27 and didn't receive 1 of the 3 medicines prescribed after taking to the doctor on the phone 7/2. On 6/27 they called and get the latter two filled for me contacting the doctor. As of 7/5, the CVS still doesn't have the symbicort daily inhaler that Dr. Cusicanqui told me she'd be calling in. When following up after calling the office, I was told that CVS should have told me it wasn't covered and a different one was. He claimed to have no idea nor did he volunteer to reach out to my doctor. To clarify, I called the CVS while on the phone with the office manager and he hung up on me as I tried to get them both on the line. Shortly after CVS called with me on the line and the same office manager relayed my doctor called in another inhaler without my permission or explaining the difference to me. The CVS pharmacist relayed they are not the same as the symbicort is to open up the lungs while the other is only a steroid. I have serious concerns as to why I was lied to by the office staff person 7/5 and why BOTH on 7/2 and 7/5 I was told that I need to wait to hear back from the doctor for 48 hrs after still being sick from a prior visit. I'm still bewildered by This uncharacteristic treatment from this office but, concerned enough to find a new doctor where the office is helpful, honest and compliant."

I had a really disappointing experience with this office today. I scheduled an appointment through…read morethe Privia app because I am already a patient within the Privia network. The app only allowed me to choose a follow up appointment, this was in response to test results from my primary care provider. If the system wasn't supposed to let me do that, that's an issue on their end, not mine. I drove over 50 minutes to this appointment, only to get a call in the parking lot telling me they didn't know how I was able to schedule and that I shouldn't have made the appointment the way I did. Instead of listening or troubleshooting, the front desk staff kept arguing with me and insisting I booked it wrong even after I explained that their own app allowed it. It was frustrating and honestly felt very dismissive. This was especially disappointing because I was referred here by my primary care provider, so I came in expecting a smooth and professional experience. On top of that, I had been waiting for some time. someone from the office was supposed to call me to schedule in the first place, and no one ever did. When I called myself, I was told I would get a callback...which never happened. At that point, I decided it was better to leave and find another office. The front desk is often a reflection of the professionalism and care within the rest of the practice, and based on this, I didn't feel confident moving forward. A healthcare office should be understanding, solutions oriented and respectful of patients' time, especially when the patient has driven nearly an hour to get there. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will be finding another provider in the area with better communication and a more patient centered front desk.

It was awful... the brows about scared me.. thick & high up!! Bless her. She was new and learning so I was patient. I did noticed that the clinic needs to be organized, decluttered, and a thorough clean. A little updating would not hurt either. After being taken back the medical assistant draws my blood and I don't see her again.. the poor NP student was the one that had to enter all of my history & medication into the EMR system. I felt so bad for her. They know that the medical assistant should have had that taken care of before the NP student came to see me. I felt they were taking advantage of her like many employers do to students on internships. The NP student was very kind. She was very knowledgeable. She's the first to ever mention an issue that has been looked over by physicians for years. She was great. Dr. Stoll walks in after my time with the NP with samples of new medication to give me. I kindly declined them... no thanks to new medication I didn't ask for nor needed to change. She seemed as if she trusted the NP (which I did too) and so there wasn't much to the visit with Dr. Stoll. Unfortunately, I won't be back. I do not want to seek care there again... I want to establish care at a more organized and clean clinic. A little more professional too.
