After the nurse took my vitals and examined my arm we were sent to the waiting room to wait 30 minutes more and never got the shot. After reminding the receptionist we were waiting we were seated in the examination room waiting for an additional 1 hour without being seen by a doctor. My wife asked a nurse about the doctor and slow service the nurse told her " if you don't like the service here you can leave " in an insulting manner . We left and got my tetanus shot at a grocery store pharmacy without having to wait. Other patients with young children with fevers , etc also spent a long time to be seen. We rate this clinic 0 out of 10 for the inefficient , unprofessional staff. Patient First should be renamed patient last. George P

But that's where the bar stops. The actual customer service can use some improvement. The front desk receptionist(older African American lady with glasses)needs to have a better understanding of how she speaks and the tone of her words. She's not someone that I would prefer to deal with when it comes to making appointments or just for general help. She won't even apologize for the mistakes she made have made and or show some sort of empathy. She thinks it's ok just to have mental lapses..I usually have a greater respect and understanding for older people no matter what color. But when you feel like your above or better than, I will put you in place respectfully. In my opinion she needs either training and or possibly another assignment that keeps her from dealing with patients who legitimately need help.

He maintains walk-in hours, which few doctors do, and accepts most insurance with no hassle. My only beef is his varied office hours, which sometimes makes it difficult to schedule an appointment.

At this our first meeting at which I hinted I had several health issues, she preferred to ask more form questions - like the do you smoke, do you drink. All covered on a form and really now, have to take up the 20 minute office visit? Smoking no, drinking some - don't really pay attention, so she decided to delve in more minute questions she perceived as very important - the beer: were the cans, small, medium or large? Meanwhile I'm sitting there with chest congestion and perhaps a UTI. For the coughing she prescribed an inhaler which I discovered from the pharmacy costs more than $200. and needs a second authorization for which I could not get anyone at her office to answer the phone for several days. Finally, after explaining what was needed from the doctor for the pharmacy no action was taken. Nothing done. Nothing followed up on. Of the other matter, her lab test showed nothing of consequence and the message was, go to a urologist. No help in which, who, where. So after paying for rides to and from the doctor's office I accomplished nothing. Nothing.
