Brisket grilled cheese

Myself and the group that I was with, had a horrible time at Edison. We attempted to eat at the restaurant and have issues being seated, even though there were several empty tables and a whole section closed off. We waited for more than 30 minutes to be seated. Even when we were seated, nobody gave us minis. We waited for 15 minutes before we went to ask for menus ourselves. Even then we were only given two menus, even though there were three adults at the table. When we were ready to order, we had to go find a waiter cause no one ever introduced themselves or came to our table. We finally got a waiter more than 30 minutes after being seated we order our drinks. When my wine came, the glass had lips stains already on it. I took the glass to the bar because I didn't wanna wait for a waiter to come 20 minutes later. I let the White staff know about the dirty glass, they saw the lipstick stains and apologized. When when we had finished eating, we waited patiently for a waiter for more than 15 minutes before I went to the bar and asked for a way to be sent to our table. We asked the waiter when he came to the table for a check he come back to the table 15 minutes later without a check and I had to flag him down 10 minutes after that to finally get a check. The food that I did receive was good, but the service was absolutely horrible. I will never come back. Also, there's a big issue with phone service - my phone absolutely had no service and I was forced to use the Wi-Fi at the establishment that was also going in and out.

We took our little guy here and he really had fun. He enjoyed playing all the crazy games. He ended up with a whole bunch of tickets and had a blast picking out what gifts he traded the tickets for. The woman behind the counter was so kind and patient. I don't think I could do her job! I was about to lose my mind it took so long! lol. Then we took him back another day and went bowling! We had a good time! They have antibacterial stations set up so you can constantly clean your hands and wipes to clean down the video games. It's a great place to take your little ones!

Why do I keep trying this place smells like dirty feet and the service is worse. We waited 15 min to get waited on and then nothing. No food order nothing no one came back. We left

Sad little "tacos" ‍‍‍
Rocko F.

These are my benefit of the doubt disclaimers: 1. It was a busy Saturday night. 2. We had a big party. 3. I guess I shouldn't expect much for $2 tacos? It took about an hour to get our food and this picture was my veggie tacos. I could have probably scooped all the ingredients into one and just had one taco. These were pathetic. I asked for no jalapeños and no queso, cuz cheese dip on a taco??? Ew. Oh, and the shredded cheese and 1 sad avocado slice were EXTRA $. These cannot even be described as "tacos". Positive: our waitress handled all of our multitude of orders correctly. Kids got double the amount of play on their cards because we ate there. Even though I was starving when I left. I won't be back (mostly because we were just passing through town.) and I'm not sad about it. ‍

loberster taco, shrimp with horseradish strawberry "jam", mahimahi, and veggie! Plus the marg flight!

Had so much fun here! Went on a Tuesday night for the $2 tacos and margs. Margaritas were strong and tasty. The tacos were AMAZING! The veggie one was surprisingly my favorite of all of them. The place was pretty empty so it was nice to not be packed in. Our service was also amazing (Tyler or Taylor I think was his name?). Overall it was so fun and I can't wait to come back

Bowling!
Adam B.

Bowling is always fun here. Some night you'll have to be sure to reserve lanes and they get pretty busy in the evenings and weekends, but otherwise it's a great family venue. They have a fairly big arcade and probably 12 lanes for bowling. You can also rent/reserve them for parties and such. They have waiter service to the bowling lanes but waits between drinks and food orders are pretty long. The bowling lane waiters/waitresses usually tend to other tables as well and in my experience that usually comes at a sacrifice to the bowling lane service.

Stuffed Portabella Mushroom, GF.

Imagine your favorite rich uncle inviting you to a patio barbecue. You're not sure you want to go, but you're three days from a paycheck, and you want your girlfriend to have a good time. You're wavering back and forth between fastfood/Netflix and your uncle's patio, choose your uncle's patio, then, later, are so glad you did. That's sort of what it's like to visit the patio on the SW side of EEC. Who would've thought you'd find a good meal at a bowling alley / pinball arcade? At the suggestion of a friend, John H. took Therese H. here on a Friday night. His friend likes similar bands, so John H. imagined he must know something about food, too. We entered relatively early, approx. 5:15 PM, and were seated immediately on the patio, which features a lovely fireplace and television above it. Service was fast and pleasant, and our meal was quickly fired up by the chef on the patio grill. The "al fresco" menu at $19.95/person is quite a deal, and certainly every bit as good as any meal delivered by any of my uncles, and I have six. Here's how it went: *Water, lots of it, with a two drinks each: house cabernet for TH and Schlafly's "Edison's Common" for JH. *House Salads, Gluten-Free (no croutons) for TH *Appetizers: Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms w/ creamy crab dip stuffing and parmesan roasted tomatoes; Bacon-wrapped Chicken Livers w/caramelized Asian-ginger sauce glaze. Both were GF and good. *Beef Kabobs for both of us, with hoisin glaze, onion, and button mushrooms, GF. All very good, portions not huge, but reasonably sized, especially when considering the $19.95 all-inclusive price! We took a box home with ¼ of the kabobs and half the appetizers. Moving from table to chairs in front of the fireplace/TV/Blues playoff game, we finished up with splashes of Scotch, and that's not part of the $19.95 deal. A great place to be on a good-weather evening, and not at all what you would expect at a bowling/pinball kind of place. Thanks EEC!

The food here is not what you expect at an Entertainment Center. It's fantastic and adult-friendly. Bri was our server on our latest visit and she's amazing. They also have a private room with a bar that you can rent and recently opened an adult bar area.

3/10/17 We came here tonight to celebrate my sister's birthday. This place provides food, games, bowling, and laser tag in all. We began by dining in. The food was pretty good. We all mainly ordered apps, pizza, and wings! My niece actually decided to take on their food challenge by ordering "the Big Ed". It's a huge burger with fries that if you eat it all in less than 30 minutes, you win a $50 gift certificate. Sadly she did not make it. But it was fun watching her try and us egging her own. The service was dismal tho. Our server was nice but food and drinks nd refills were so hard to come by..especially refills. We also bowled and after 10pm its unlimited bowling for 10 bucks. Not a bad deal. Woud I return? Sure for another get together it can be a lot of fun.

Video games

We stopped in this last Sunday 7/18/21 and had such a great time. The food was absolutely amazing! Our girls said they want to make that place a regular dinner out spot All the staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the VR headset wouldn't fit my daughters head, but they did credit our card it's points back for that game and a few others that didn't work. We will definitely be returning!

Great relaxing bowling lanes. Fun for kids too

I also loved the atmosphere, upscale food without feeling stuffy or pretentious. It felt like the kind of place you could walk into dressed casually and still enjoy an amazing dining experience. From the moment we sat down, our waitress was fantastic. Since it was our first time visiting, we were welcomed with complimentary deviled eggs, which were absolutely delicious. And the cocktails? Perfectly crafted and easily some of the best we've had in a while. We're already looking forward to coming back. Thank you for helping make our anniversary feel so special!

It's one of a very few places in the area that isn't a chain, isn't just burgers and pizza, and also isn't pretentious or overpriced. The service is always friendly and knowledgeable. We've been there at least ten times and only once was the service slow. It was an anomaly because they're usually really on top of things. Ambiance is a friendly, but upscaled downtown cafe/bar place that is perfect for taking out-of-towners or a fun brunch with the ladies. (They have a separate brunch menu on Saturdays!) I don't drink, so I can't comment on their drink selections. I'm taking away a star because the parking situation is annoying, especially during construction. There is street parking or a huge parking lot in the back. However, the back parking lot is a terrible hodgepodge of concrete and asphalt and a gazillion potholes and no super clear direction on how to get to the restaurant. Some signage would go a long way in helping customers to not only find parking, but once parked, to them navigate back to the little crevice where the back door is located. The back porch is located behind a larger portion of the structure and you can't see it from the parking lot. Additionally, if you have anyone in your party with mobility issues, it's next-to-impossible to park near enough to the door to make a difference. The handicapped parking spots are 40 yards away from the back door. All that said, we will def go back because there's nothing else like it in the area.

Getting there and parking: My family, including a pre-teen, met up at Stagger in to visit with a couple of our friends. Parking was a small challenge. There is a large public lot on the same block, but it was full when I got there around 6:20pm on a Wednesday. There is minimal street parking. Luckily, I found a spot after a couple of times around the block. Walking in, you can see right away that it really is a no-frills tavern. There's not even traditional table service, though it's not exactly counter service, either. You sit down, decide what you want from the menu, walk up to the kitchen counter to place your order, and give the ticket the kitchen gives you to your server. However, the menu was much nicer than what I expected, with very fair prices! Appetizers ranged in variety from French fries and wings to fried pickles and spinach artichoke toasted ravioli, with prices ranging from around $4 to $8. Entrees included a variety of sandwiches, salads, and burgers from $4 to $8.50 or so. They even had vegetarian and pescatarian options, including a blackened tuna sandwich and a black beans burger! All three of us, including a picky pescatarian adolescent, found food we enjoyed! Beyond the food, the service staff was friendly and the bar service was adequate. In all, it was a really great place e together up with friends AND bring a kid--at 6:30 on a weeknight, at least! I would very much recommend this place to a group looking for a casual environment with good food at good prices! Atmosphere: Food selection & taste: Service: Price: I'm not sure if would be fair to give 4 starts based on the above, though, because I wasn't to rate it for what it is, not for what something else is. Overall, I give it a 4.5! Vegetarian friendly: yes (lacto-ovo)
