When we called, we were told that they would reset the gate and to wait five minutes. After five minutes we tried again and it still would not work. We called again and we're told they would reset it again and to wait five minutes. Again we waited and tried and it would not open. We drove to the office and again we were told they would reset it and to try again. After another failed attempt to open , we called and asked when it would be fixed. We were told that it could work later today, it might be tomorrow or it could be two weeks. When I asked about being reimbursed for the deposits on the campgrounds for our trip, she replied they wouldn't do it. She also said they were at the mercy of 'corporate' to get the gate fixed but refused to give any contact details for corporate. She suggested we keep driving back to see if the gate would work because she would have no way of knowing if it would work or not. We waited for a couple of hours and went back. It still did not work. Luckily there was someone leaving that tripped the interior switch that would open the gate. We retrieved the trailer and terminated the contract. It's just not worth dealing with people who aren't interested in helping their customers. AMENDED Corporate called me to go over what transpired today. They informed me that the gate will be fixed tomorrow. They seemed genuinely interested in what happened and making it right. I hope they do fix that gate and address the issue with site management.

While the company was seeking new management the temp manager told us that the lock on our unit was to be cut off & In process of doing so, the locking mechanism was broken. No problem, we were past due & understood. Only allows a space for their lock. The property manager Ashley Medina refused to let me put my lock on the unit after making a payment back in June. I paid the entire balance. Ashley refused because a payment was due 7/1/2022 but it was 6/27/2022. When requested to have the lock fixed after every payment there was no resolution. For almost 6 months regardless of how late or current I was I still have not had access to my unit. Finally after making a payment on Friday, Ashley agreed to unlock my unit. She wasn't open on Saturday she said & I had to call the after hours number. Website says 9-12pm on Saturday. Ashley unlocked my unit, without us present, and left it unattended, which is against policy. Our gate code didn't work so she gave us the property management code, seems like a liability? We arrive at our unit and cannot get the door open. My fiancé has to crawl under the door to see and upon opening our unit it had been TRASHED. Not only that but a significant amount of valuable items and irreplaceable sentimental things had been damaged or stolen. Called Ashley back with no answer for hours. She doesn't consider this an emergency. Long story short, Ashley is an absolutely unprofessional, and incompetent manager. She does not check units, she does not walk the property, she does not do any maintenance work as she made it very clear to us she is the ONLY employee. Also not only are your items not safe and secure, nor is your personal information. The records room door is kicked in, with access for anyone to walk right on in and see everyone's account info. Bathrooms are horrendous, never becleaned, Ashley never empties the trash, Ashley does not document when there has been a break in into a unit, or inform tenants of multiple break ins. she does not take pictures as required by the policy, she doesn't honestly do anything. The cameras have such a short life time on them, which doesn't matter anyways because unless and I quote per property manager Ashley Medina "unless you are dead, dying, the building is on fire or you can't get out the gate, it is not an emergency and do not call her" I can promise you I wouldn't call you for any of those things because she would never answer! The biggest issue we have with this problem is not that our things were stolen, BUT there are no signs of a break in, no damage done to the unit structure, so the ONLY thing that could have happened was that my unit was opened with a key. Ashley has confirmed that her lock was never cut off the unit.... And that she is the ONLY employee, So what happened to my things? Why was I never informed that there was a breach in safety at the facility I store my things? Why wasn't there an email sent, a letter mailed? Nothing? Why was I refused access to my unit even if I was paid up even if it was 3 days or 2 weeks? Why was my lock left unfixed for 6 months? Why was I never called to put my lock on my unit, why did she never follow proper policy? So I have not been able to see the condition of my items against my request even in a non delinquent status. When asked for a manager other than Ashley we were told no, that she would speak with her manager first and if she wanted to call she would. We called, told to kick rocks & then Ashley evicted us from our unit with no valid explanation. When we called the management company back again, we were told Ashley accused us of harassing and following her. Ashley also blames a string of break ins on a "Mexican man that was living in his car in the back lot" well I feel super safe now knowing that you weren't even aware someone else was living on site! This was a last minute thing and the only close company available with units we needed to help our kiddos mom out. NEVER again & I fully intend to get answers as Ashley has dropped the ball. the property manager can open any unit, never send out written notice like she's supposed to, she can delete/never take pictures for your file, she doesn't check locks, she honestly doesn't do anything but become irate with customers when she can't answer a question or doesn't like what you have to say & evicts you when she doesn't want to deal with the issue she created. lastly, property manager Ashley also likes to employ her boyfriend whom owns Plant Management Landscape solutions to harass people, & stand in on conversations with tenants. Instead of calling a supervisor to help she calls her boyfriend. Very unprofessional for her & him as well & is poor representation for Plant Management Landscape solutions while he pretends to intimidate situations he has no business with.

It turns out that these people were full-on pushing furniture down the stairs in my building. 9 AM on a Saturday. I thought it was a resident initially so I came out to ask them how they thought that could possibly be okay, and found out it was a MOVING SERVICE. I'd highly recommend Haul All if you thoroughly hate everyone in your building and don't care about your furniture being pushed down the stairs. They then proceeded to park their rusting truck directly next to only the parking lot exit, obstructing the view of oncoming traffic on a busy road. Just absurd all around. No sense of courtesy or consideration for others. Edit: here's my response to the owner's reply: 9 AM is too early to throw furniture down the stairs. It's not normal to push furniture on a dolly down the stairs. If you read the review, you'd have seen the part where I said I spoke to them. It's illegal to park within 5 feet of any public or private driveway so they were parked illegally. There isn't anything insulting in here, just facts. Make an effort to run a respectable, courteous business and you won't get reviews like this. Nobody who is throwing furniture down stairs upsetting 30+ people is going to benefit from some "advice" and it's not my job to advise your employees on common sense. Wild response from you.

Beware of Dalby Drive Storage…read more I wanted to share my experience with the neighbors to help other neighbors be aware of the poor practices at this business. I want to first say they are NOT a BBB accredited business. My ex husband had his RV stored at this facility. My ex husband recently passed away in January 17th and LJ was everything but empathetic and helpful. My father in law (next of kin) and I (mother of his heirs) went in to assess and access the trailer Jan25th and was met with a very confrontational and rude manager. He stated nothing could be removed nor could the trailer be removed from the site even though we had death certificate. My ex husband was paid up until march 9th. I called march 14th to get what other additional documentation he needed to remove the trailer or to see if there were other short term month to month options available seeing as I was going to sell assets to pay other bills. He didnt know. He then called back a day later stating what I had offered him of small estate affidavit and death certificate would be ok. He then calls approx 1.5 weeks later stating we were approaching the 30day mark and he was going to auction off the trailer. When I show up with my sister today to see what the options of short term space rental would be, his reply was 3 months "was the best" he could do. I declined and asked what I owed up until today march 26th. He said he was being "kind" and not charging late fees, but then couldn't explain why he charged me a full month's rent today, I was being charged a full month rent, which would have given me until April 9th, but told me that I would have to have it out today. My ex husband was paid until March 9th and a good business practice would have been to prorate the rent from march 9-25th if I was removing it today. When questioned again on the amount he was charging me, he said "that's just the way it is". Please don't do business here. He lacked empathy and took advantage of the situation to further complicate my life trying to work full time, care for two girls and take care of a deceased spouses estate.

We talked about how it will be applied, the color, the positioning, and removing badges so the wrap would not be obstructed. At the end of the day the job was done beautifully and I cannot recommend evident PDR enough. Before I dropped off the keys I felt extremely confident in their abilities and it turned out perfect. I rented a 5x5 unit from them but upon even moving in, even stepping foot in this facility, I realized I needed a larger unit. I called to see if I could be changed to a larger unit and was told that I'd have to just pay for BOTH units for the following month and then "move out" of a unit I have NEVER EVEN MOVED IN TO. I decided that I'd go with a different facility completely at this point and asked for my account to be closed to which I was again told I'd have to "move out" in person... MOVE OUT OF A FACILITY IVE NEVER BEEN TO?! About two weeks ago someone reached out to me about my unit saying it was red tagged or something to that nature. I said once again, I've never been to this facility, I've never been in the unit and I asked to stop being contacted and billed for this weeks ago. The man I spoke with asked if they had my "permission" to access to the unit to confirm it's empty. I told him that I don't even know how to access the unit so sure! have at! 3 days later I'm charged for the unit. The first person I spoke to said that they could see id never been there and could see that it was confirmed empty. They disconnected and when I called back I got "Darian"... she said that I won't be charged after this month but they have to "confirm" I've "moved out" so that's why I was charged again. You're joking. Everything is electronic... you know that I've NEVER been there and it doesn't take a week to determine whether I've moved out or not when I have quite literally NEVER moved in. I have disputed this with my bank and the bank is getting kickback. The charge is minimal but it's the principal of this. I'm going to pursue legal action if the charge is not reversed and I've already reported them to the BBB. Charging people for services you aren't providing them is illegal and trying to convince them that you need all this time to confirm x, y & z may work on someone who doesn't understand that all of this is electronic but it doesn't work on me. It's not bad enough y'all have had INSIDE JOB theft? You want to continue the bad reputation by charging people for things they aren't even receiving? I went with another facility and have had nothing but the BEST customer service and EASY payments, move ins, access, etc. save yourself the stress and do not even risk working with a facility that's this scummy.

Someone finally called me back a couple of hours later and explained that my unit was likely locked open. They put a lock on my unit and the email said I was being charged for it. I go over to my unit to investigate, and what a runaround! First, I get there and my original lock is nowhere to be found. So I go back to the main office. I then get told that they know nothing about my lock and that I probably had a break in. I go back over to my unit to look at the contents and nothing appears to be disturbed. Meanwhile, I have to use the password key pad for each entry and exit, and the new explanation makes even less sense. I purchase yet another lock from them via virtual assistant. So very frustrating that I can't just talk to a person in person. It's a huge waste of my time. When I asked why they have a manager on site the assistant said they are there to clean the property. Sounds pretty cush to me. I'm not planning on staying there much longer. Don't rent a storage unit here.
