Meat was left rotting and leaking on top of the fridge. The inside of kitchen cabinets were horrendous. The crew scoured clean both bathrooms and the kitchen. Floors were swept, mopped and then steam cleaned. They cleaned inside all cabinets and wiped down all the walls. The house was cleaned thoroughly and swiftly. The place looked about three shades brighter! This is the third time I've used Nancy's service and this was by far the most work the team had to do. The reason for 4/5 stars is that I would prefer if they wear the shoe covers only in the home and remove them or replace them if they need to go outside the house. I can't say enough amazing things about Gloria and her team at Organic Cleaning!…read more I've been using this family-owned business for over a year now, and they have consistently exceeded my expectations every single time. From deep cleans to post-party cleanups, they handle it all flawlessly. What really stands out is how incredibly responsive and accommodating they are. There have been multiple times when I've made last-minute requests, and they've shown up the very next day without hesitation. That level of reliability is rare. But beyond their flexibility, they truly do an exceptional job. I have three large dogs who shed A LOT, and somehow they manage to make my floors and furniture feel spotless. They get every bit of hair off the floors, rugs, and couches. When they're done, the house not only looks amazing -- it smells so fresh and clean. I also really appreciate the thoughtful touches. If I haven't had time to prep before a deep clean, they'll lightly organize loose items and tidy things up in a way that feels respectful and helpful, never intrusive. After parties, I've been genuinely amazed. Not only do they clean everything thoroughly, but they even put the furniture back in place. Walking into a fully reset, spotless home after hosting is such a gift. Gloria and her team clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. If you're looking for reliable, thorough, and genuinely caring cleaners, Organic Cleaning is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

My associate called them with the intent on giving them a referral for post construction cleaning services but little did we know that he would get cursed out and hung up on twice by the representative assumed who, we hypothesize, thought we were wasting his time. Since we referred several companies that day we thought maybe we could build a relationship with this company if we get more referrals. The first referral we didn't get to see how her experience was so we reached back out. As mentioned earlier, we had wanted to refer more clients since they were a fellow small business but upon the first call a man of hispanic/mexican/latin X decent (please excuse me if I am politically incorrect) answered and before we could finish our may associate could finish reminding him that we referred someone to him before he immediately hung up the phone. Thinking it was a mistake, they called him back and a younger man inserted the phone and said "What the fuck do you want man" and would yell into the phone to drown out what my associate was trying to tell him that we have another referral for him for move in/out cleaning which included carpet cleaning. He continually yelled in the phone and then hung up again. This was completely uncalled for and we will never refer anyone to this service and indeed recommend people not to use this by any means.

Normally, I rely on Yelp to find a service like a carpet cleaner. Well as you can see, I am writing their very first Yelp review so the only thing I had to go by was our housekeeper's recommendation. We we seemed unsure, she kept saying, "trust me, they're great!" So I took a leap of faith, made a little easier by the fact that they beat the price of the last company we used. But the even better news is that these guys did a fantastic job! They got stuff out of the carpeting that was there for years and the other places were unable to clean. They were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Best of all, the carpeting looks like new. Look at my other reviews. I don't write many of them. I've really got to love (or hate) something enough and in this case, it was the former. Give 'em a try!

Rhonda accommodated my schedule by arriving at 5:45 am on a Saturday to do the initial deep cleaning. She worked 45 minutes beyond the 4 hours and didn't charge me extra because she wanted to make sure everything was done to her liking. She didn't take any breaks a cleaned the entire time. She's a perfectionist and that's an awesome trait to have when it comes to cleaning. She did everything I read other customers from other companies complained about. She moved furniture to clean walls, floors and baseboard. She wiped down all the framed art and left the glass streak and dust free. She cleaned my dining room chandelier and the ceiling medallion above it. My hardwood floors look amazing. She used Murphy's oil soap and mopped them properly. There's no haze or film on my floors. I don't know what products she used in the bathroom but it smells so clean and fresh and days later it's still smells fresh. All the rooms of my house including the hallway are spider web free. I wish I had hired this company sooner. I didn't have to point out any specifics because covered everything on her own, but if I had to, her personality is so warm and professional, I'm sure she would've been more than happy to comply.
