    Under 3 area is perfect!

My daughter loves coming to Edinborough Park! There is so much to do - but her favorite is always the bounce house :) The place is always clean and has so many different ways to explore and play around with your little one(s). I've seen birthday parties hosted here as well. Super fun for all ages!

Kids loved the fun, we had to bribe them to leave after over an hour! Great gym also with go karts, basketballs and hoops, etc!

    Pretzel and cheese

Such a fun place to spend a rainy day! We went right at opening and it was not too busy which was perfect! My just starting to walk one year old loved seeing so many other kids! Would not recommend the cafe for any type of food though, took over 25 minutes to get a slice of pizza at 11 am and I ordered a pretzel and cheese, that took 30 minutes and they said the cheese wasn't ready, it came out in a small peel open container?!?! What part about that cheese wasn't ready? Idk my only advice is to pack a lunch and eat at the picnic tables!

What a cool place! We were invited to a birthday party here and loved trying out a new indoor jungle gym. The place is kept up and looks new! I love that there isn't just one but TWO places for kids to play. My kid loved going from the jungle gym area to the bicycle/bouncy house area. I know we'll be back during the winter months to fight the winter blues and for the kid to get some energy out.

Love bringing my two year old here! They have a nice open gym with a bouncy house, basketballs, bikes and more. It's a nice space for the kiddos to run around but can get a little crazy with all the different ages of kids playing there at times. They also have an indoor playground for kids of all ages and a section for the toddlers to play. Tip: I'd recommend coming right when they open as it can get a little crowded.

Kids LOVE this place. 2 different play areas. One ginormous climbing area that goes almost to the roof top. The other area is an open gym area with tons of toys and sometimes they have a bounce house. Also has a cafe/concession stand type area. Hours I'm not sure of.

After a really, really, REALLY long winter, I love to bring my two boys here to give them some time to let off steam. They love climbing to the top of the treehouse and riding the slides all the way down. There's also a huge gym area with trikes and basketball, and a bounce house. I brought a 4 yo and a 12 yo and it was $18. Will definitely keep coming back!

Main "gym" - tons of space and lots of different scooters

Need a place for your toddler to get out their winter wiggles? Edinborough park is just the place for it. Housed in the center/atrium of a business building (fun fact, I worked in this building in the late 90s ) and senior residence, this space has loads for your tiny tot to explore and grow. There is a main "gym" area with regular and hand-scooters, lots of basketballs and hoops, and a bounce-house. There are nice bathrooms adjacent to this part, which is convenient. There is "stadium" (3 steps) of seating for parents to watch kids and where you can easily watch belongings if you don't want to use the cubbies and/or lockers which are also available. Then... there is the awesome climbing area! My guy was a little too small for the main area (although he was desperate to explore it, I almost had a heart attack so we stayed mainly in the gym and toddler area). This main climbing area is perfect for the 3-6 aged set. There was also seating for parents in this area, which is gated off separately. There was vending for water/Gatorade (and I think it even carried pedialyte?). Also connected to the park is a HOTEL!!! So this would be an awesome option for a birthday party. I plan to look into it for our kiddo's 3rd or 4th bday. You get access to all of this (minus the hotel, obvie) for a low cost of $9/child (no fee for accompanying parent/caregiver), which is practically a steal in this age of inflation. I'm a fan. We will be going back for activity time this winter for sure.

We came to Edinborough Park to keep us sane in the Minnesota winter. So disappointing! Save tour time and money. One visit is $8. Go to the MOA rides and Paw Patrol playground. There are 2 areas for play. One is climbing around mazes. And the other is an open basketball type of a court area for riding bicycles and a big bouncy house. All the play areas were so dirty. It is obvious that there was no cleaning done. Pieces of food and crackers stuck all over the play areas, and dirty floors. Moreover, everything was extremely worn out. Not worth the $8.

This is an excellent place to bring your kids, especially seven or younger. For one, it's indoors, making it easy for the cold months to get out and play. It is also very affordable, $7.50 for each child and adults are free for the whole day. They have an open gym area with balls, hoops, a bouncy house and trikes to play with. And of course a sitting area for the adults. There is also a huge playground/jungle gym next door. It's has many different levels, tunnels and slides for the kids to wear out their energy. The jungle gym also has a smaller area with short slides for the younger tots. Beware, you might want to go up with your kids in the jungle gym if you are unsure of their climbing abilities. They also have a small cafe for food and drinks if you guys get hungry. Enjoy!

Edinborough Park is a very unique place for kids to play indoors. This large facility is connected to the Residence Inn hotel in Edina. It is free to use the pool as a guest, but it costs $7.50 per person to play in the jungle gyms. The center has plenty of options in terms of entertainment. They have an Olympic size swimming pool, large open gym area and an awesome jungle gym side. The playground is over five stories tall and has multiple slides and attractions to burn off kids energy. The open gym let's kids ride around in little cars, bikes or trucks. The pool is shared with the Edina swim club, so check with the front desk to see if it is closed to the public. There is a concession stand with multiple dining options from healthy to indulgent. This place is a wonderful way for kids to stay warm and still burn off a ton of energy any time of year!

Part of the fully-enclosed, well-padded climbing structure.

Great indoor park. I was there with a toddler and she enjoyed the large gym with riding toys. We came in the morning so it was not crowded.

Amazing place for kids play. The fact every city doesn't have something like this in Minnesota is sad! We need more indoor recreation.

Way to crowded, the small kid space is very small. A lot of I supervised older kids that you have to make sure don't run your toddler over.

We have been here twice now, and both times my son and I had a blast !! It is super affordable,…read moreright next to the St. Paul police station- (so it feels very safe), plenty of parking, room to do different activities in separate pools, and did I mention the glizzys at the snack bar?! Only $8 for adults and kids under 2 years old are free! There is a couple mandatory 25 min breaks, but it's a good time to grab a bite to eat. The splash pad stays open if you get too hot or for it the little ones that can't sit still for very long! (Like my son lol). Come early if you want a foldable chair for sun bathing, the place fills up very quick, but there's always usually some room in the back grassy area for you to lay down a towel and cozy up with a good book. If you get hungry, run to the snack bar and they've got multiple options for hot dog toppings and even a meal deal with chips and a drink! The staff are always so kind and they also have life jacket rentals for FREE! (with admission) We will absolutely be spending more hot summer days here!

Dear Municipal Pool,…read more Thank you. I love you. See you next year. XOXO, Katherine B What is it that you want from your public pool? I want a fairly cheap entry fee and lots of seating and a decent sized pool. That's all. Highland has this, and more! Parking, shade, a decent bathroom and concessions. You can bring your own food in. Plenty of space for the little ones to play in the two small pools/splash pads. A good diving board for the bigger kids. (The drop slides aren't really drop slides per se, and they are best for shorter kids) A big water slide...that's truly only ok but who cares. A HUGE POOL. With a HUGE DEEP END. No lifejackets in the deep end, and still a large area where your tweens+ can easily touch. Bring a pool friendly throwing item. (no nerf, just light weight stuff that won't hurt if you get bonked. The lifeguards will tell you)

The water play area is perfect for little ones -- warm, safe, and sized just right. The staff has always been friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming for families with young kids who are still getting comfortable in the water. The only thing holding this back from a five-star experience is the family area bathrooms. They aren't dirty, but they definitely need more frequent cleaning and restocking during busy toddler swim hours. With so many young families coming through, a little more attention there would make a big difference in comfort and overall impression. Still a solid place to bring the little ones for a fun swim -- just hoping the bathroom upkeep improves to match the rest of the experience.
