If I have a question I get assistance. I always get a straight answer too. While the prices are steep for my pocketbook, I have found reasonable prices for costume jewelry. I purchase small gifts frequently. The last time I was there I was into the turntables. Merchandise may vary at any given time. Plus they move items around. Vintage clothing was by the door downstairs. Last time I was there it was elsewhere. Heck, for all I know it may be gone completely. I guess I'll need to return to see!

Plus, they have late hours here. Open until 11pm most days and until 1am on weekends.

She was super nice and even cleared out the few things left in the dressing room before leaving me to it. I'm finding more and more retail stores to have chaotically-messy dressing rooms these days, so this was super refreshing! After trying on the new jeans and confirming I got the right size this time, I stood in the checkout line to do the exchange. The guy who helped me was super nice! He explained that he would have to refund me for the original purchase, then charge me again for the new jeans but assured me I would get them at the same price. He explained that this is how Old Navy makes them do it and that it confuses a lot of customers (rightly so, I might add!). He also noted that it was smart of me to buy them online as I got a way better deal on them had I just purchased them in-store. Woohoo!
