I don't have a picture because this was a gift and a picture was not taken. However, I will say I use this location for the first time to deliver a gorgeous arrangement on Saturday morning. I delivered this arrangement to a couple who celebrated her birthday in the month of September. And their comment was that it was a gorgeous arrangements and it was the size of a small tree. They loved it Alan my delivery person was communicable and timely and follow up on the delivery was also quite good. You can't go wrong with a delicious edible arrangement folks love getting these give them a try. read more

I'm embarrassed for the order that I placed on this location . Nothing like the picture from the website, fruits were bad, smaller than I ordered. Spend extra money for the distance plus tip, total 165.00. Tried to contact the manger, left a message with his worker and no call back. Never again. read more

This place should be ashamed as a company that advertises fresh fruit arrangements. The chocolate covered strawberries I received were OLD and wilted, some of them peeking with mold. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that, it looks like the arrangement was missing a few strawberries, it looks incomplete. My mom was so disappointed for her birthday. I was offered a re-delivery of only 6 strawberries, since my original order was for a $70 arrangement. Did not accept, am still working on a refund. Embarrassing. read more

Great customer service and products. Have tried their chocolate covered bananas, strawberries and pineapple. Yummy!!!

Jim took my order & was very efficient & polite in handling my order. He reassured me it would be delivered & I could call back to check, if needed. Recipient said fruit was very fresh & pleased with arrangement! read more

I bought my mother a surprise gift of fruit from this store and not only did they mess up where they were bringing it but I didn't even get a call back from the manager when requested I will NEVER go there again read more

Received a gift from a friend after my husband's surgery. We were not home when the delivery came. the driver called us from the house. Once he knew we would be home with 15 minutes we agreed he could leave it in a shady spot on ice. It was perfect when we arrived. And most delicious and atractive. read more

I would give zero starts if I could. I ordered, and paid for, same day delivery and 2 days later there is still no update on my order and it was never delivered. I tried to contact them several times and nothing. I canceled the order and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Found a different company to fulfill what I was looking for. read more

This place is a joke!! Only delivered half of what I ordered on Mother's Day to my mom. 2 weeks later still waiting for the refund. Monica is rude as can be. Asked to speak to a manager she said oh he's not here and then replied with I mean I basically am the manager. What? Someone needs to teach her manners and customer service. Spoke to the supposed real "manager" who talked over me the whole time and did nothing but defend his rude ass employees. I asked to have the owner call me to which he replied the owner isn't going to call you just so you know. Turns out he IS the owner. Nice business dude. Hope you crooks go down hard. read more

Had a bad experience and then read the terrible reviews for Westhampton store! Wish I read them before I ordered! Ordered choc covered strawberries for my friend who lives 5 min away from the store. Ordered at10:00 am thinking she would have them at least by 4:00. 6:15 I got a call she wasn't home and they would try back the next day! People go out to dinner with their families on their birthday! Of course she wasn't home! Called to cancel order and who knows if I'll ever a refund! read more

Although it can be expensive to order an edible arrangement it is well worth it. I have not only ordered from this particular store but I have received gifts from there as well. The fruit is always fresh and delicious. I remember when this store opened many years ago. ...after having moved far from NY a. couple of years ago I placed an order just recently from this store. Monica was very patient as I had to place her on hold several times. It was an hour before the store closed and Monica was quite professional and considerate, offering ideas to get the gift out on time. read more

I ordered and paid for an edible arrangement a week in advance but then found out that my friend was going to be away on vacation. I tried to call multiple times to cancel the order but no one answered for two days straight. I finally drove there to cancel, only to be told that they do not allow cancellations. I told them that I KNOW they allow them if it's no closer than 24 hours to the date. She looked at me and I guess knew I wasn't going to back down (since I was correct) and she refunded me the money. I mean...! Is that any way to run a business?? read more

Recently ordered two $120.00 arrangements for funerals in one weeks time. One was delivered on time. The second order was NOT delivered as ordered. My family wanted the order delivered the day of the wake. The night of the wake we found out the order had not been delivered. How embarrassing! My sister-in-law went to the store and was told "it was an honest mistake" we are delivering it today (a day late). It ended up having to be delivered to the restaurant the family was at AFTER the funeral. We ordered it to be delivered to the home the day of the wakes! An honest mistake?? A $10.00 credit to be used towards future orders? That's how you rectify your mistake? We were embarrassed and quite frankly very angry. We spent over $250.00 with your company in one week. Perhaps sending the family another arrangement or issuing my sister-in-law a partial refund on her credit card would be the right thing to do. A $10.00 credit for future orders - no thank you! We will not be using your company again and will definitely be letting everyone know how we were treated! read more

My arrangement got delayed and i was not even offered an apology- it arrived 2 days later (after a funeral)-- most terrible customer service I have ever encountered. read more

Beware!!! I placed an online order for delivery on a Saturday morning for an 80th birthday party that evening. I was unable to attend the party, but wanted my family to know I was thinking of them and wishing my uncle a Happy 80th Birthday. When I placed the order I received a confirmation # and my account was debited. They called me the next day at 11:15am to tell me "they were not in on the day I ordered - so did I want to send it then"! The party was yesterday and my uncle had returned home (out of state) by then. So NO. And the girl was in no way concerned or apologetic. Only positive is my account was credited in a timely manner. Received a star because I could not submit review without it. read more

Placed an order on Tuesday before Mothers Day to be delivered to my wife and mother on Mothers Day. I got an update that the order was out for delivery around 1pm and in the description it states that the fruit will be fresh b/c of the refridgerator vans they use. Well 3.5 hours later the driver shows up in his own personal car and rings the doorbell to deliver the item. I open the door and he states "Um yeah i think your supposed to have another item with the order but they never gave it to me, so i noted it on the account and they will refund the money for the chocolates and balloons that i was supposed to get." It was to late to call the store b/c they were closed already. So bring the item into the house and the fruit was warm and gross b/c it was not refridgerator cold like it states on their company site and the chocolate heart that was in teh fruit was melted and broken, strawberries in the fruit that was chocolate covered was melted. So i call the store first thing Monday morning and they said the manager is not available/in store and will call me back. I called back again at 4pm and the manager still not there. I was told if they don't call me back today they will call me by WEdnesday. So i call the corporate phone number on their site and behold it directs you back to the store where the order was placed. I expected a FULL REFUND on the entire order b/c that is BS that they didnt bring the entire order and was delivered in a personal vehicle and was warm and gross. Paid $160 for the order and was beyond gross and expect a better response from this company. Ruined the Mothers Day Gift for my wife and mother. read more

Great selection and delicious! Saved the day for me with their immediate delivery since it was a birthday gift.

I've always ordered from edible arrangements but recently received a gift from someone. I shortly had an issue with the fruit, called the Westhampton edible arrangements and in two days they sent me a complimentary arrangement. Great customer service, very understanding management. Would recommend to anyone! read more

This location is awful! The manager is rude and so unhelpful. I had to call customer service because they ruined a birthday surprise! They didn't even try to help me out or anything they just gave me my refund. I will never be ordering from them ever again. The manager is an insecure loser who's masculinity is so fragile that he felt the need to try and talk OVER me the entire time i was trying to explain my issue. Very rude. Never again. read more
