First of all these guys give discount to whoever writes a good review so don't believe most of the 5 star reviews on google. I went there for the first time, the guy talked up this one vape product and convinced me to buy it. Got home, followed the directions to set it up, never worked. Went back, they said this is a crappy product and most of them don't work!!! It's their policy to not to take anything back (even the crap that's broken out of the box). Save your time and money and go to another store. Their stuff is over priced anyways and these stores are everywhere. read more

I frequent this smoke shop since it's close to my home, but recently went there to do some birthday shopping for my boyfriend. Since the virus started, they've been doing car side assistance and let me tell you, the staff did not disappoint! I had quite the list of things I needed so the gentleman who was helping me FaceTimed me so I can see what they had in stock! I was blown away about how above and beyond he had gone to make sure I walked away with everything that I needed. Love this place - they have the coolest items in here to check out. My boyfriend and I went in here for dog treats and ended up getting me some oil for my nerve pain. It actually works a bit and I came back right away for a larger bottle. The girls are so sweet there too - Audrey helped me out and she was very knowledgeable. I bought a glass peice from them, when I got home I put water in it and went to test it then realized the mouth piece is chipped. I went back not even 10 minutes later and they claimed they can't do anything about it. the staff even called his manager infront of me and stated word for word "oh I didn't even look at it before wrapping it up" so he knew he was completely in the wrong! absolutely horrible customer service highly don't recommend read more

In the area there has been a struggle to find a great all around vape/smoke shop. In my eyes they are falling short of keeping current popular brands in stock and creating a great customer experience. This is why I was amazed after leaving this store. At first walking in the store feels dull but I contribute that to only opening up weeks ago, but after walking around and being greeted by multiple employees it felt like a totally different experience than I'm used to. I felt comfortable in a smoke shop which is rare around the Centereach/Selden area. They asked me what I was looking for but I was initially only in there to look out of curiosity. Well, I tried to resist but their selection while it may not be huge was all the current popular brands. Not to mention HUGELY undercutting the competition. I thought I was dreaming when they said all of their salt nic juices were $12.99. I picked up a bottle of Solace Dragonthol (highly recommend it) and asked about a certain pod device that I had been using. While they didn't have the device or the pods they asked me what it was so that way they can look into ordering them if it was popular! That caught me off guard because I'm so used to "I don't have what your looking for but use this one." Paying was easy, they are using modern machines with Apple Pay and was super quick. All around I would say was the best most comfortable Vape store experience I have had. I have been looking for years and this is definitely the one to shop at. read more
